Shudder Releases April 2024 ‘Halfway to Halloween’ Programming Lineup

Truly April is quite the amazing month for horror fans for one reason and one reason alone. In that, we are halfway to Halloween. The favorite holiday of horror fans everywhere, and truly… this is a time of year that horror fans celebrate mightily at home. Courtesy of watch parties of our favorite spooky stories, or we take part in celebrations that others send our way, such as the one that Shudder has prepared for us. For Shudder is the premier horror streamer, and they are more than happy to celebrate the Halfway to Halloween mark in epic fashion, as evidenced by their lineup for this momentous occasion.

For not only will Shudder be home to more of season six of the highly acclaimed series, The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs, but they will be releasing some epic horror features. One of which has the horror world abuzz as you read this, and well… since you’re eager to plan ahead for this wonderfully terrifying, unofficial holiday, here is Shudder’s April 2024 Halfway to Halloween programming lineup. One that will send shivers down our spine as we continue to countdown the days to the return of Sam Hain.

Synopsis

Synopsis 
Director Sébastien Vanicek makes his feature film debut with a story that follows Kaleb, who is about to turn 30 and has never been lonelier. He’s fighting with his sister over a matter of inheritance and has cut ties with his best friend. Fascinated by exotic animals, he finds a venomous spider in a bazaar and brings it back to his flat. It only takes a moment for it to escape and reproduce, turning the whole place into a dreadful web trap.
