Nerds That Geek Movie Review: ‘Little Dead Rotting Hood’

Our families are great resources to find out where we came from and what to expect in the future. But knowing that they will always try to tell us what we need to know, there could be things that they leave out so that we can learn them for ourselves. It may seem like a dirty trick for them to pull, but for the most part, it is to help develop us into the people we strive to be. There is no way in knowing what we will encounter in our lives, so you must be prepared by the teachings that have been offered, at least they will give you a tiny bit of a road map moving forward.

The Wolf Lady on the bad side of town has been found dead in front of her home. Seeing that she killed herself, Sheriff Adam wants to try to keep it quiet until he is able to talk to her granddaughter Samantha, but she is nowhere to be found. But a bigger problem is revealing itself around the town as wolf attacks are on the rise for no reason. Seeing a friend get killed in front of his very eyes, Danny fears for the worst about his missing girlfriend Samantha and tries everything in his power to find her before she becomes one of the victims. 

Sheriff Adam has no idea what is happening around his town and why the wolves would be coming out the woodwork and killing for no reason. Getting a search party put together, Adam wants to get the problem under wraps before the entire town starts to freak out. Being able to locate one wolf, the party is able to put it down, but little do they know that it is a trap. Being attacked by several other wolves, the search party is on the brink of being killed off, but a stranger appears in the woods who does not seem to like the wolves as well. Killing any wolf in her way, the undead looking girl saves the day for the survivors, but now they are forced to come to terms with what they are dealing with and how to stop it.

You read the title of this movie and you may think that it is a story about Little Red Riding Hood and you can see an aspect of this in the movie, but instead of heading to grandmother's house, she destroys the menace. Watching the rebirth of Samantha into something much more powerful than she ever was when being alive, she still has to find out why she has been brought back to the land of the living. Her boyfriend Danny is happy to help, but fears for the worse, especially since he has been witness to seeing what the wolves in the area have done to his friends. Talking a walk down the supernatural path, the wolves in the area are bigger and stronger than any hybrid the town’s people have ever seen before and with a new den mother taking over the pride, the band of werewolves can only be stopped by the one person who was born into destiny. Stay Scared.
