It is definitely safe to say that fans of The Walking Dead Universe and fans of good television in general, are all eagerly anticipating the next great chapter in this storied franchise, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, and rightfully so. Because everyone is quickly coming to learn that this new phase in the TWDU is quite experimental and bold in nature, and that is bringing forth amazing storytelling that is challenging the characters of this universe like never before, and it also doesn’t hurt… that the show is going to give us more Norman Reedus. Since everyone loves him as the character and wants to know what lies ahead for him now that the flagship series has come to its end. But our anticipation goes beyond those core tenets, for AMC is also doing its part in preparing us for what lies ahead for Daryl. By consistently providing us with tidbits and photos and a bevy of fascinating teasers that showcase a France decimated by living death, and well… AMC is showing no signs of slowing down when it comes to this. For earlier today, they released another intriguing trailer for this show, one that only makes the wait for September 10 all the more difficult and well, with that in mind… here is that brand-new trailer, courtesy of AMC, along with some plot details, to continue to help you count down the days to the return of this beloved zombie slayer. 'Today, AMC Networks released a new video asset for The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon. The highly anticipated next series in the Walking Dead Universe, starring fan-favorite Norman Reedus, will premiere Sunday, September 10 at 9pm ET/PT on AMC and AMC+. The series tracks his journey across a broken but resilient France as he hopes to find a way back home. As he makes the journey, though, the connections he forms along the way complicate his ultimate plan. In addition to Reedus, the series stars Clémence Poésy, Adam Nagaitis, Anne Charrier, Eriq Ebouaney, Laika Blanc Francard, Romain Levi and Louis Puech Scigliuzzi and is executive produced by Scott M. Gimple, Showrunner David Zabel, Reedus, Greg Nicotero, Angela Kang, Brian Bockrath and Daniel Percival.'
