Written by Scott Edwards When you have a good thing going, why would you ever want to change it up? If you have something that has worked forever, no matter what it is, it would just be foolish to want to mess with it. But no matter what ‘it’ is, everyone is always looking to make it better and while sometimes tinkering with it works, most of the time toying around with it just makes it, and everything else, worse. A gang of thieves are working towards their ultimate payday. Working at a mob run strip club and biding their time to pull their best heist to date, something goes wrong. Randy gets a little too touchy when one of the bouncers at the club is talking about his sister that is on stage, and all hell breaks loose, and the group is forced to kill everyone in the club. Although the score is complete and it will keep them living pretty well, the plan was to take the money only and not leave a trail of dead bodies. Trying to get across the border quickly, Randy ends up taking the wrong road and the gang ends up getting lost. Trying to pinpoint where they are, they encounter a gas station attendant that does not give a damn to their situation and seems to have a plan of his own. When the local law shows up to the gas station however, they group discovers that there is only one law in the small town, and it is not to be taken lightly. When the Sheriff starts to follow the group, he is relentless in his pursuit and that drives the group crazy, but running only makes it worse for them as everyone is going to pay the price for breaking the law. Exit to Hell is the story of a group of robbers that have pulled off the perfect crime, but now Travis, Randy, Jenna and Tasha have to fight to stay alive while being chased by the hardest officer they have ever encountered. As the sheriff is able to pick them off one by one and find a special torture for each of them, there seems to be no way that the group will ever be able to leave the small town of Redstone. Without having a car or any way to contact anyone for help, they have to depend on each other, but when the meet the sheriff, there is no way out. A very dark and gritty film that keeps you on the edge of your seat as you wait to see the group’s fate. Not only are they running from a crazed sheriff that wants to make them pay for their trespasses, they are also trying to avoid being caught by the Russian mobster that they just stole from. No one is willing to give any ground to the group as they are bad people and need to be dealt with. With great performances all around and a great story with a twist at the end that you would never see coming, this movie fails to disappoint. Stay Scared!
