Written by Scott Edwards When you try to move forward in life, sometimes you have to let go of your past. Although you have learned from your past experiences in life, they may hold you back if you have been plagued by failure at every turn. Closing your eyes, clearing your head and taking a leap can be the only way to counteract this, even if you know what will happen, the future is far from written and you may wind up surprising yourself. Paul Toombes is enjoying his latest movie release with a house full of his friends and coworkers. Even with everyone having a good time at the party, Paul has a secret that he is looking to share with everyone that will leave their heads spinning, he is getting married. Young actress Ellen Mason has agreed to become his wife and Paul cannot be any happier since she is the only woman who has not wanted to use him for anything other than himself. But Ellen has a skeleton in her closet that she has not told her fiancé, in that she started acting in adult movies long before they met. Being furious about this fact about his future wife, Paul storms off and leaves Ellen alone in her room. After a short nap to calm down, Paul goes to apologize to his bride to be, but finds her without her head. Paul is sent to a psychiatric hospital for several years and with his head right, he is ready to move on with his life. Traveling across the pond to visit his old friend Herbert Flay, Paul is hesitant to reprise his former role of Doctor Death, the character that put him on the map, but it is for his longtime friend so he cannot say no. Herbert is looking to unleash the monster that he knows Paul still has in him by submitting him to some former works and when Paul is able to snap out of the trance, he fears that his old character has come back to life. When a young actress is trying to track down the former Doctor Death, she is greeted with exactly who she was looking for. Being found floating in the lake, her family hears the stories about who she was trying to entice and come up with a plan of how to retrieve money for their loss. As the filming for the new Doctor Death movie begins, Paul is able to fully immerse himself in the role once again, but when strange deaths start happening around the set, he wonders if he is really the killer that he has portrayed in the films all these years. With the police and the media believing the same thing, Paul has to find a way to prove that he is not the killer, but still has his doubts. As Doctor Death continues to kill and run free on the set, Paul recognizes the killing patterns from his previous films, but not knowing who has taken over Doctor Death’s role will keep him guessing until he is able to find the murderers true motivation. This is quite the brain tease as you are left questioning who the killer is as well. With Paul not being able to explain his strange behavior, it could be him and he would not even know it. The list of suspects may not be vast, but you are able to get a couple and that is what makes the movie fun. With some interesting ways to die being shown, you get plenty of screams from the actresses and they can be haunting, since you know what will happen next. A great movie that shows what a person is willing to do when being put into a corner and not being able to get what they want with plenty of people standing in front of them. You never know how far someone will go unless they are given the proper motivation and Doctor Death had been given just that, motivation. Stay Scared.

Written by Scott Edwards Does anything in life ever go according to plan? I think the only time someone was ever happy with the way a plan came together it was on a TV show, and it still was not the plan that they had worked out. There is always something that can and will go wrong no matter how much you try to think ahead. An accident, someone falling behind, a rogue dog coming up and licking you, anything can throw off the outcome of your situation, so the best plan is to plan for the unexpected. Kostya has been talked into pulling off the easiest bank job ever, but like anything in life, nothing is absolutely perfect. As the police start to make it into the bank, he unleashes fire killing a couple officers, but with no worry in his mind, Kostya and his team follow through with their plan since it is unbeatable. Heading to the underground with Grom, Pakhomov and three hostages from the bank, the group is ready to escape, but what they do not know is that they are not alone. Waiting for the bag man to show up and show the group to safety, the group has a realization that they may not be able to find the surface once again without help. As they scour the abandoned railway tracks below, looking for their contact, they start to see a figure out of the corner of their eyes. Opening fire whenever this dark man appears, the group stumbles upon their guide, but he cannot tell them anything about what happened to him, he just says to leave. The group investigates the body, but with his main injury involving his eyes being removed, they know that the man they are shooting at has to be crazy. Needing to find a way back to the surface before they become a statistic to this psycho killer, the keep their eyes and ears open for any indication they are nearing their escape, along with the payday of a lifetime. With the new plan in place, Grom assumes all of the leadership roles in the tunnels and looks for any indications of escape, but when the group separates, people start dying. As one of the hostages tries to escape, Kostya catches up with her, but he is not the only one in the area. The large killer takes a pickaxe to the robber but leaves the young woman unharmed as he returns an earring to her. Letting her live, the girl runs back to the group to tell them what she has seen, but it is too late for anyone’s mind to be changed about what they will do when they finally come face to face with this maniac. With none of their paths leading to where they need to go, Grom decides to let the hostages g oand fight for themselves, but when he sees one of them in peril, he knows that he is the only man left who could defeat the underground threat. This is a pretty good movie that caught me by surprise. With some great characters and a reluctant hero running the show, you could say that it is something that you have seen before, but at the same time you really have not. With a psycho killer roaming the tracks and taking anyone’s eyes that disturbs his underground liar, it has a found a special space in my movie collection and I will need to give it another couple of viewings before packing it away. I must say that even though he did not want to be the hero, Grom had to be the strongest in the group and even without being able to run the entire show, he did step up and make sure that everything going forward went precisely to plan, or a modified version of it that did not involve everyone getting killed. The hostages were great as well, since they did not have a choice in what was happening to them and when given the option to break free of their captors, they knew who was going to be the best option of saying with, at least until they find a way out. There is no shame in finding your comfort zone, but after being stuck in it for so long, you may have forgotten what the rest of the world has to go through. Every once in a while, you need to step out of your comfort zone and a take a chance. You never know what will be waiting for you when you do this, it could be good, it could be bad, but you will never know unless you are willing to try. Doctor Michael Cayle has been offered a position in the small town of Ashborough. Not wanting to give up this chance to get out of the city and spend more time with his family, he jumps at the opportunity. Although this was a dream for his wife as well, she is having a harder time expressing her excitement, but needs to show some to make sure that their daughter knows this is the right move for the family. With his wife, Cristine and his daughter, Jessica all packed up, Michael is ready to show them what life can be like outside of the big city for a doctor. Arriving at their new home, Jessica does not feel well and wants to leave and go back home. But when their neighbors come over to introduce themselves, Michael and Cristine know that this will be their home for quite a while. But when Michael asks about cable being installed, his friendly neighbor tells him that there is no service in the area, as Ashborough is all about community and will not let television take control of anyone. Being invited to the church for a meet and greet, the Cayle’s are put on center stage as they get to meet all of the community. Quickly, Michael takes notice that there is something going on around the town, but for some reason, nobody will let him in on the secret. Going out for a walk in the woods, Michael’s new neighbor Phil takes him off the beaten path. Being taken to a sacrifice altar, Michael is told that he must make a blood sacrifice to the area to keep the tradition of the small town alive. Michael thinks this is crazy and will not sacrifice anything for an old belief that only crazy people would believe. When returning home, Michael starts to hear and see things that he cannot explain. With nobody else in the house discussing what strange things are happening, Michael and Cristine start to grow apart and that was not his intention when moving away from the city. As Cristine starts to work at the church during her free time, Michael is let in on the secret that nobody would discuss with him, in that; a race of Isolates that live in the woods are in need of his medical expertise. Quickly finding out that these creatures run the town and hold him and his family’s life in the balance, Michael needs to find a way to appease them, along with finding a way out of this crazy community. I do not know what movie I could compare this one to and I think that is why I really liked it. With the big town doctor becoming an essential part of the community’s survival, for both his regular patents and the Isolates that are sick and dying, I liked how Michael kept his late-night calls secret from his family, since he really did not want to upset his daughter any more than she already was. I did not like how the husband and wife relationship fell apart so quickly when first moving to the town and then when Michael decided to try and leave, they were back on the same page once again. The Isolates were pretty darn cool and are able to do whatever they want in the town and even though they need medical attention like everyone else does, it is amazing the power that they hold over the little town. This is a cool story, and everything gets explained in one way or another, either by words or by actions. Stay Scared. Written by Juanita ‘Obi-Juan’ Bonner THIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM. YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK.In my previous review of 15.10: ‘The Heroes’ Journey’, I wondered if the next episode would give us a resolution to Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean’s (Jensen Ackles) “normal” dilemma or get us caught up with Castiel (Misha Collins) or Jack (Alexander Calvert) and Billie (Lisa Berry). What we got was a mixed bag of all three giving us closure in some areas and raising more questions in others. As far as episodes go, ‘The Gamblers’ wasn’t an overly dramatic, comedic or revelatory episode, but actually what I’ve referred to before as the standard Supernaturalverse “Filler Episode.” However, just like then, I stand by my thoughts that from here till the end, each episode carries a bit more weight, filler or not!! With more cameos, excellent Supernaturalverse tie-ins, a long awaited reunion and news for us to chew on over the show’s hiatus, I’d say this filler episode is anything but light. So, before you can say, “I’m Batman!” (LOL), let’s discuss… Opening in a pool hall, we see a stressed man lose the game. A set of magical coins are perched above a pink felt table. One coin lights up and obviously draining into the first coin, the other’s definition diminishes. Assuming this to be the place in Alaska that Garth (DJ Qualls) told the boys about, I immediately think of cursed objects. Especially when the man who loses leaves the bar in agony, tosses his now blank coin in the air, and then, while focused on the falling coin, is literally wiped out by a passing semi-truck (YIKES!). Roll title card! Moving into the show, we follow two stories. Sam and Dean find out where they’re headed while Cas follows up as Agent Lizzo (LOL!!!) on a murder case. Each has their own draw. Dean’s pool skills sets him on the right side of luck as Sam tries to figure out the mysterious source of the luck itself and the coins’ ability to draw and transfer it. Cas on the other hand, finds out the Sheriff in Cushing, Oklahoma called on a request some time ago from Agent Watts (a Dean FBI alias) to let the Watts know if a certain man ever surfaces – Jack Kline!! I think back to when the trio were in search of Jack and how intricately the writers took care to wove this in. It makes total sense that any of them would use aliases to pursue sightings and low and behold, when least expected, it pays off. NICE!! In addition, there are a few more tie ins like this throughout the episode. First, on the drive to Alaska, Sam is texting Eileen (Shoshannah Stern) which is a nice touch because it would be strange if she just disappeared from their lives, right?? Next, Dean addresses, comically I might add, his use of Lactaid to prevent his “normal life” lactose intolerant problem (LOL!!). Seven grilled cheese comes to mind – SEVEN (LOL)!! Next, tying in an old foe, the beings Jack is hunting are that of the Grigori, ancient Angels who were originally placed on earth to watch over humans. I completely forgot about these rogue Angels who feed on the souls of humans evidenced in 10.02 ‘Angel Heart’ where Claire Novak (Kathryn Newton) discovers one of these creatures is soul sucking her mother. Then there’s my two favorite tie ins: 1. Using pool as a means for Sam and Dean to gamble for luck. I loved this!! I mean. We all know the boys can play some pool, am I right?? What a great way to display this battle. Quietly with multiple ties to our heroes’ past. Not to mention, Dean’s over confidence with his skills makes for some funny typical Dean moments. Also, of course we’d see the stakes raised where Sam is eventually forced to play too! Not to mention him standing up and betting, not for more luck, but for the luck lost patrons stuck under Fortuna’s (Lynda Boyd) curse. Basically, foreseeable wins followed by sacrifice and a big loss, but because the whole thing uses pool for the focal point, I paid little mind to the predictability of it all. Nor did I mind the lack of details on Barrow, Alaska as mentioned in my previous review. You??; 2. Using Fortuna the Goddess of Luck, who is also Jennifer O’Brien in 8.20 ‘Pac-Man Fever’, was an excellent way to tie in something I’ve been wondering long before this final season began. Would other Gods play a role in the final battles to come? You see, in my article from September 2019, The Supreme Beings of Supernatural: Angels, Demons and Gods, not only do I discuss powerful beings like Amara (Emily Swallow), Eve (Julia Maxwell) and Jessie Turner (Gattlin Griffith), I also gave a special shout out to 5.19: ‘Hammer of the Gods’. Why? Well, even though Chuck (Rob Benedict) created the universe, he also created all these other powerful beings whom, just like the Winchesters’, Fortuna divulges, he betrayed as well. I have often wondered (and postulated) if any of these beings would show up in the final push to defeat their maker. So far, we’ve seen Amara and they’ve discussed Eve, each I feel may still yet have roles to play. However, there are so many other Gods, Goddesses and God-like creatures out there. Many of which, we’ve seen Sam and Dean take on and defeat over the years. Still, where are the remaining ones now? I can’t be the only one whose pondered this, right? And the writers intricately deliver answers to my dilemma by wrapping Fortuna neatly in a bow of luck and pool. To explain further. Not only does she give us a backstory for many of the other beings by telling us how Chuck screwed them over due to his own jealousy and syndication fame (totally Chuck, am I right!!), she also tells us most of the Gods let it go, basically explaining their lack of involvement to date. I pictured ‘Hammer of the Gods’ ten years ago and how they all came together to discuss the looming apocalypse. Then I pictured them now. Bored of these apocalyptic threats, carrying little for the struggles of man or Chuck, shrugging their shoulders and moving on. However, Fortuna still holds a grudge. Interesting!! So, in the end, surprised that heroes still exist, she closes up shop, lets everyone in the pool hall go, gives Sam and Dean the luck they came for and leaves them with a message regarding God himself – “Don’t play his game. Make him play yours.” A hint, I presume, to two of Chuck’s biggest weaknesses – his ego and the love of a good story. NICE!! All this, while at the same time, answering most of my lingering thoughts on many of these other powerful creatures. Therefore, if we don’t see another supreme being from here on out, it won’t seem overly strange or forgotten. Bravo!! Though, I still hope to see one or two more turn up. Chief among them, the Cambion/Antichrist Jessie Turner, I mentioned above, who was a child when we first met him way back in 5.06: ‘I Believe the Children are Our Future’. I do not believe he’s been mentioned since, right?? Plus, his powers rival all, including God himself!! In the final scenes, Sam and Dean return to the bunker to find Cas and Jack. The shock is amazing and seeing the four boys together again is the heartwarming and inspiring reunion we’ve all wanted forever, right!!!! The reasoning for Jack’s return, even better!! Billie, as we’ve all long suspected, has a plan! HECK YEAH, SHE DOES!!! We find out she kept Jack in The Empty until Chuck went off planet to protect him, which seriously… makes so much sense!! Now, Jack must grow his strength. For God fears Jack and if he does as Billie says, he may become strong enough to defeat the Creator. Suddenly, eating Grigori hearts doesn’t seem so bad, am I right (LOL)? For now, two questions remain. First, can Jack survive this? Second, what are Billie’s real intentions? What about you? What burning questions did you have at the end? How do you feel about my supreme beings’ tie-ins and explanations? Are there more tie-ins I missed? Let me know in the comments below or reach out to me @obi_juanita on Twitter. Until next time… Go Team Free Will!! Other Cameos: Note, all the episodes these characters play in previous seasons, including Fortuna’s noted above, involve things we’ve seen the Winchesters’ or Castiel face this season – ghosts, Djinn, Gods and Angels. Interesting, eh?? 1.Kabriel (Brent Stait) also played Scotty in 1.11 ‘Scarecrow’ and Rick in 6.16 ‘…And Then There Were None’. 2.Leonard (Rob Bruner) also played Mr. Witherspoon in 2.11 ‘Playthings’. 3.Pax (Stephen Huszar) also played Demon #1 in 10.03 ‘Soul Survivor’. 4.Viking’s Fan (Jason Burkart) also played the Truck Driver in 8.16 ‘Remember the Titans’. Written by Scott Edwards There are sometimes in life when you think you know somebody, but they turn out to be the complete opposite of who you thought they were. For the most part, this does not make that person a bad person, you just did not know them as well as you thought you did. It is always good to take note of the different things that your friends say and do, so if they do start to change, you will not be surprised to see who or what they become. Sarah and Mark are going on a little trip through the Irish countryside. After Mark has just gotten a new haircut, Sarah does not approve of it, since it is much too short for her liking. Mark tries to take the focus off of him and changes the conversation to marriage and why anyone would be willing to legally bind themselves to someone else. This takes Sarah by surprise and she tries to defend it, but Mark is stuck in his ways of thinking and no matter what she says, she will not be able to change his mind. The banter continues in the car while Sarah gets an update on her phone saying that they have made a wrong turn and need to turn around. But before the couple can get an accurate reading of where they are at, they get stuck in a large puddle and need to find a way to get the car unstuck. With their conventional attempts of moving the car not working, Mark decides to go and try to find some help. Telling Sarah to wait by the car, he huffs it through the countryside and finds a house, but nobody seems to be home. Searching the house for the owner, Mark is surprised to see an injured man in the doorway. Trying to help the man, assuming it is the owner, Mark sees that his neck is bleeding and runs back to the car to get Sarah to help him out. But when the couple arrives at the house, the man is gone, and all of the lights have been knocked out. Searching through the house again, they find that the man is afraid of light and when Mark’s flashlight goes dark, the man attacks him. Hitting him with the light from her cell phone, Sarah is able to scare the man away and the two decide that the house may not be the safest place to stay. Trying to get back to the car, Sarah is convinced that they are going the wrong way. When Mark tries to explain where they are, he is grabbed from behind by something and pulled into the marsh. After Sarah is able to break him free of whatever was attacking him, she sees that his leg has been ripped to shreds and she needs to get him back to the house to try and cover up his wounds. As Sarah looks out the window, she sees that there is another man lurking around the outside of the house. Knowing that these people are frightened by light, she stocks up on any kind of light she can find. Trying to keep Mark safe from the hunters outside the house, Sarah finds out that he is becoming one of them as well. Being left on her own, Sarah has to find a way to make it through the night before one of these beasts gets to her first. This started off as just your normal vampire movie, but then it changed up the genre a little bit. I have never seen a vampire shy away from a flashlight before and when one is hit by the florescent light straight on, you can understand why. Interesting would be the word for it, it was not great, but it was not bad either, just interesting. I liked how the shadows were utilized to the fullest effect to keep the vampires hidden until they were ready to be seen. I think the story ran a little bit long, but the payoff at the end of the movie is worth it since you do have a solid ending to the story and are not left wondering what happened. Stay Scared. Written by Scott Edwards Small town living might be the life for some people, but it is not the life for me. After watching what happens in horror movies to people in these secluded areas, I am left to wonder what would happen if something bad went down and you have no trust in your authorities. It is never good, and I would rather have a huge police force at my back, instead of a couple of locals with guns who may or may not be sober enough to come to my aid when they are needed. Now don’t get me wrong, staying in a small town for a day or two is refreshing as you don’t have to deal with the crazies in the city, but when it comes down to it, it is just not the life for me. Sheriff Annie Flynn is woken up by her phone after another late night, early morning bender. Finding out that the power has been knocked out, she has just been told what the reason behind it is. A gasoline tanker has been knocked off the road and exploded, leaving the small town without power. After making herself a drink and heading to the scene, she finds a strange animal body part wedged in the grill of the tanker. But what she finds more interesting is that there is no sign of the driver and there is only one person that might have answers to where he may have gone, but he is on the outs with the town. Nodin has come back home to take care of her grandfather, but seems to be more interested in continuing her research. Even when the power is out, she finds a way to keep looking through her microscope at plant cells. Her grandfather is working on something of his own though and is not letting any of his secrets out. Getting an envelope from his friend Kale that has a photo of an old Anasazi pot, he takes into account the drawings on the outside of it. Making notes and sending the photo back, he finds out that there might have been something more to their deterioration as a race than just the lack of the water in the area. When Kale sees the findings of his old friend, he tears open the body of the tanker's driver and sees a growth that was once unexplainable and is able to give it a face. Sisters Caya and Ally are on their road trip when they see a young man on the side of the road with car troubles. Picking him up and stopping at Nodin’s gas station which has been starved by the recent accident, they are forced to stay in the building until another tanker can come to town. With no power and no gas, everyone is forced to stay put as the accident gets cleaned up and the power is restored, but there is something lurking in the shadows. As Sheriff Annie brings her strange animal find to Nodin to analyze, she finds out that whatever hit the tanker was not of this earth, but before she is able to make it known to everyone else in the house, the first attack takes place. Trying to escape whatever creature is chasing them, the group is able to make it to Kale’s dig site and find out what the loner/digger has brought back up to the surface. A fun monster movie that could make you wonder if something like this could actually exist. With so many undiscovered species under the sea, how many more have paleontologists not found under the sand yet. But this movie is not only about the monster, it is about Annie trying to get her life back together after a tragedy left a young girl dead under her protection. Without a way of coming back from that, Annie turns to the bottle and the entire town takes notice, but it is widely known that she will be voted out of her position of Sheriff at the next town meeting. Knowing that she needs to step up and protect her people, Annie is forced to come to terms with what she has become and even though an event of this magnitude is taking place, she can step away from the bottle and do her assigned duty. With plenty of blood and an uncertain way to make the beast dormant once again, this is a good movie to just sit back and enjoy while the regular problems of your everyday life are going on outside of the house. It could be a lot worse, just saying. Stay Scared. Written by Scott Edwards It is difficult to be able to tell if someone is possessed or just crazy. Since the church has all but done away with exorcisms these days, everyone that claims to be possessed by the devil is deemed to be crazy. Even though by taking different medications to keep the voices in their heads at bay, when they are broken free of the pills, their inner demons are likely to come back out. Do I believe that it is possible that someone could be possessed by a demon? Although I have never witnessed it, it seems like it could be more likely than not, especially when I have been to haunted locations in my home state that seem to turn people into someone that they are not. Ellen is trying everything with her husband to get pregnant and start a family, even purchasing pieces of art that are said to improve their sex drive and their chances. Receiving a mask in the mail that is supposedly a fertility god, Ellen and William are not too keen on keeping it around the house since it looks more like a demon than a god of any sort. But before it gets thrown into storage, Ellen tries it on and starts having nightmares about a demon that wants to fulfill her wishes of having new life grow inside of her. It does not happen the way she expects and now she is put on medication to keep the demon inside of her at bay until she is able to receive treatment at an out of the way clinic. Mia, her boyfriend Ed, her best friend Trinity and Trinity’s fiancé Jack are all at the cabin for the weekend. As Trinity is about to get married, Mia wants to send her off in style with fun and games. But Mia and Trinity have a secret that Jack has not been made aware of yet and the two start to beat around the bush about what happened back in their college days. Wanting to loosen up the mood, Mia gets the group to play erotic truth or dare so some of their inner most fantasies can be revealed. As the game progresses, Mia hears something outside and goes to check it out, but what she and the group finds will change their weekend plans, for the worst. On their way to the clinic, William runs out of gas and has to leave his wife in the car while he goes to get some help. As Ellen sits alone in the darkness, she starts to hear things in the woods. Thinking that it is just her imagination, she pops a pill and knows it will all go away, but after the car starts to be attacked, she sees the face of the Nightmare Man and knows that she is far from crazy. Running for her life, Ellen finds Mia’s cabin and is able to get some help, but the group does not truly understand what is happening around them. Knowing that there is someone following Ellen, they band together to try to keep her safe, but when they start to believe she is crazy, they let their guard down and start getting killed off one by one. Being cut off from civilization for the most part, the remaining group members have to find a way to survive the attack while having to listen to Ellen’s rants about the beast that is inside of her. Knowing that there is something worse in the woods, they find out that the crazy rantings are just the beginning of a night that no one will ever forget. It has been several years since I first saw this film and I kind of regret it not watching it more after watching it again. With a great storyline attached to it, even the subplots are entertaining, especially when members of the group start dying off. It is always safe to assume that there is some truth to someone’s stories, even if they seem kind of outlandish. Ellen and Mia have to be my two favorite characters in this movie, Ellen because she has to go through more than one transition while being helped by strangers, and Mia, well because she is a bad ass and knows what to do to protect herself from whomever is hunting them in the woods. It is always good to get out of your comfort zone, but it may not be the best idea to do it in the woods. Stay Scared! Written by Scott Edwards There is nothing wrong with wanting to be someone different and leaving behind your old life. Needing to escape and find something new may not be the easiest thing to do, but if you are in a bad situation in life, it is the right thing to do. Now I did not say run away from your problems, but what I will say is that a life changing experience could be more than worth it, and more people need to try it. If you are not happy or stuck in a rut and have the means, do it, what do you have to lose? Life is no fun if you are not happy while living it… or at least making someone else happy. Norma has a big night ahead of her and is looking to make the most of it. Going out with a boy from school, a higher-class boy that does not live in a trailer park, Norma is getting endless amounts of crap when trying to make it up the hill to see him. Nobody in the park is willing to say one nice thing to her as she is making her walk, they all know that no matter who she dates, she will never leave the park and just be ‘poor old’ Norma. When her date gets pushed into a rail and dies in front of her very eyes, Norma loses her cool and will no longer play nice with others. Pulling out a propane tank and lighting a smoke, Norma takes out the entire trailer park in a blaze of glory. Years later, Pastor Lewis is taking his troubled youth on a little trip. Saying that the kids are not bad, he is not able to contain them during a normal pit stop. Talking to the waitress at the diner, the Pastor is trying to find the quickest way the next town, but the road he points out is not advised by anyone in the diner and they beg him to get the delinquents out of the building. Having to pay for everything, Lewis gets back on the road and tries to beat the oncoming storm but gets caught in it while on the road. Hitting a truck in the middle of the road, he sees a large illuminated sign for a trailer park and heads in to find shelter for himself and the kids. When a stunning blond answers the door, calling herself Norma, Pastor Lewis is grateful for the help she is willing to provide. Norma is able to house everyone in the group in a different, empty, trailer so they will have a fine visit. But that is not enough for the young woman, she is looking for something in the way of payment from the Pastor and gives him all the right signals. The Pastor is not a strong man and finds his way into Norma’s trailer during the night. Having his head pulled off while exploring the pleasures of the flesh, he is not able to warn his delinquents about what is about to happen. As the night pushes on, more inhabitants of the trailer park start to emerge and the kids have no idea what they are up against, except for their only goth member, Bridget, who will not go down without a fight. Not knowing how long they will have to hold out, the night is full of dark and many fears, and all of them revolve around the undead coming back to sacrifice the living. SEX, DRUGS, ROCK-N-ROLL… UNDEAD! What about those four words do not get your engine going? This is the perfect horror movie, you have a back story that you start off with, you have a flash back that shows you how messed up someone is, you have a group of troubled kids that are only looking to raise hell… and they found it. I can tell you one thing, this movie may not have won any awards, but it was done right, and I still get the itch to watch it again. With plenty of gore, you have a group of the undead being held together by duct tape, DUCT TAPE! I am also a huge fan of the strong female lead and once the Pastor checks out, Bridget takes over and does more damage than anyone could have ever expected from a goth chick that wanted love from everyone at the same time.
