The Tomorrow People Recap: Limbo

THIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM...YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...

With drama boiling up at the end of last week's episode, this week kicked the drama up a notch. First, we have a rogue Tomorrow Person; kidnapping women and doing….unpleasant things to them. At Ultra, Stephen is getting a rash of crap from some of his 'coworkers' and decides it's high time for a break. Being a double agent is wearing thin on him, and really, he just wants to be normal for once.

Normal, however, isn't his style. Stephen starts using his powers in school to earn him a spot on the varsity basketball team. Of course, Uncle Jed finds out and decides to take action. He places a cuff on Stephen that takes away his powers. Wait a minute. Stop the recap. Why he doesn't just place these on the countless other's he's killed, or stripped of their powers, is a little confusing, but hey! Bad guys have no logic. Anyway...once John and Cara find this out they all but kick him out. So, looks like its time to be normal, right? Playing normal is easier said than done. But, Stephen pulls some of it off.

In the mean time, Cara confesses to John that she slept with Stephen. John's decidedly shocked, upset, and wondering if this makes them even. Because he figured she did this as revenge for him not telling her about the fact that he could kill. Confused? Me too! But, according to Cara, that's not why she did it. She feels some strong connection with Stephen, but still loves John. Does this make sense to anyone else? Undeniably there is some weird connection between them, what that means, I've no idea. Stephen's aware of it too. To top it off? Stephen reads Astrid's mind and finds out she's in love with him.

Quite possibly, the biggest, love….tangled mess of messdom! Am I right? On the brighter end of things, Stephen and John get into a full blown fist fight. Over Cara…where Cara comes in, breaks it up, and says she's with John. That Stephen was a mistake…despite having some strange 'connection' to him, that they both decide to completely ignore…because reasons?

Stephen ends up finding where the rogue Tomorrow Person is and ends up saving a girl he had kidnapped. Of course, Stephen gets his butt kicked…and he kind of dies for a little bit. But leave it to John and Cara to save the day. Stephen's dad comes to him and tells him to keep fighting…to protect their people. Then John performs CPR and saves Stephen. By the end of it, Jed removes the bracelet, Stephen tells Astrid he loves both her and Cara and John and Cara are…still kind of a thing?

Seriously! Could there have been anymore drama in this weeks show? My head is still reeling from it all. It's one giant tangled mess of feels! Waiting for the next show might just kill me! At least I'll have time to sort out my feelings about all this. Russell was the only one not causing any drama this week! I think he's my favorite until I can sort out how I feel!

Alright, so what did you guys think? Who should Cara be with? What about Astrid? And Stephen's dad is alive?! Really!? That's really kinda cool…but where is he?
