Written by ShaeTHIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM...YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...Once in a while this show gets me so hooked that when it ends, the shock I feel is both filled with surprise and anger. It’s a weird mix between the two, but I suppose there’s nothing to be done about it. With everything mounting to a full explosive ending, this episode did nothing but add to the ever growing tension. Snow and Charming continue to lie to Emma, which is really not something they're having a hard time justifying. Regina is in a bit deep, now. With Ursula gone, the dynamics have shifted just a bit. Rumple demanding the page from Regina gives her time to inform everyone about what’s going on. Emma conjures a replica of the page, but Regina refuses, saying Rumple will know right away. Instead, she takes a picture of it on her phone, and hopes that’s good enough. Sadly, it’s not. Rumple figures out that the page is really where the author is being kept. He casts a sleeping curse on the town. Or rather, he has Maleficent do it. However, the curse doesn’t work on those who have been exposed to it before. Meaning, Snow, Charming, and Henry, are the only ones not affected. Henry takes the book and runs to the Sorcerer's mansion. While hiding there, he finds the key to unlock the door in the book…this is when Snow and Charming intervene asking for the page and key. Well, let's be honest, they demand it. It’s the lie to Henry that has Snow pushing for them to confess to Emma. So, what exactly did they do? On their way back from their journey, they ran into a peddler, who told them of a kind man at the end of the forest. The Sorcerer’s Apprentice. He reveals that their child is a blank slate with the potential for both good and bad. He says that he can take the darkness away from their unborn baby, but he needs another blank slate…thinking of Maleficent's recently lain egg, they go and retrieve it. Once enacted, the spell cannot be undone. So, the evil is channeled into the egg, and sent into another world…which Snow and Charming were unaware was part of the deal. They confess this to Emma…who takes the key and the page and leaves. Hook later informs her that August is awake. August tells Emma the important truth. The Author was locked away by the Sorcerer because he was abusing the powers of the book. Author is just a title; someone meant to record history. This author, however, was altering events to his will. Because of this, he was imprisoned in the very book he was writing. Despite this, Emma frees him…the Author turns out to be Walt, the peddler Snow and Charming had run into…and he runs. Seems Emma isn’t the only one having a hard time. Regina is put under the sleeping curse once she returns from seeing Henry with a fake copy of the door. Rumple, however is confident he can get her to help them…he’s feeling kind as he even reveals to Maleficent what happened to her baby…how the child is here…and it’s someone Emma knew…

Written by John Edward BetancourtTHIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM...YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...Filler episodes are a tricky venture when it comes to television. You either load up an episode that features a forgettable plotline and events as the series waits to get back to something far more important, or you handle a filler episode like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. does and throw a ton of stuff at us, while setting everything up for a bigger plotline to come, just like the show did last night with "Love in the Time of Hydra". In fact this episode could easily be compared to a giant baked potato because holy cow, so much was loaded into this episode that I damn near had to take notes to make sure I covered everything in this recap. After all, we finally caught up with Agent Ward and Agent 33 after their escape from the bloodbath in Puerto Rico only to find that Ward is doing his best to repay the rogue agent for saving his life. He not only makes sure that her nano mask is repaired, but he also works to allow her a chance at revenge on the man who made her the mess she is today, Bakshi. Yes, the two of them break into Talbot's facility and kidnap the man where it appears some brainwashing of Bakshi will be in order. Also on a side note this episode showed off just how big of an idiot Talbot is. While this is going on, Coulson decides on how best to deal with Skye and her newfound and dangerous powers. He has Simmons put together a pair of wrist braces that will more or less inhibit her powers and hopefully free her of her burden and he takes her to a secret safe house in the middle of nowhere where she can be free of any of the stresses of active duty. Skye of course sees this as a prison sentence, especially since her safe house is surrounded by a laser fence, but Coulson thinks this is the only way to help her at the moment. But the best part of the night was at last getting a good look at the mysterious alternate S.H.I.E.L.D. that we now know Bobbi and Mack are working for as Hunter meets the head of this spinoff division, Robert Gonzales, played by the always amazing Edward James Olmos. Gonzales explains that the Fury/Coulson way of handling S.H.I.E.L.D., working with secrets and from the shadows is the wrong way of doing it and well...they want Coulson out. Hunter of course thinks their ideas are about as dumb as they come and he manages to escape, but not before we are left with a cliffhanger. Bobbi is informed they have twelve hours before Hunter can get in touch with Coulson, meaning she has to go back in and put an end to Coulson's reign. Like I mentioned earlier, a lot to cover, but all of it was good stuff. The Ward/33 segments were creepy and meta on so many levels and well...it's clear both of them are completely and utterly mad, especially Ward who still seems to revel in the fact he wasted his entire family. We spent more time getting to know Phil Coulson the man and the segments with Skye were sad to say the least. The poor girl is truly lost, with no one to help and her pain is clearly stressing out the team as well, just look at the battle brewing between Fitz and Simmons over her powers and super powers as a whole. Also...kudos to the show for the epic Avengers discussion, always a nice touch. But, what matters most, the stage is now set for the next big plot line of the show...heck one might even call it S.H.I.E.L.D. - Civil War as both factions of the legendary agency appear to square off next week, which is a scary venture. Despite their transparency, we have no clue what this rival faction truly wants outside of power...either way, this ending has left me both excited and nervous for the next episode...until then. Written by ShaeTHIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM...YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...It’s long since been believed that villains never get their happy endings. They’re the ones who ruin things for everyone else, are bad, and above all, don’t deserve happily ever afters, right? I guess, what I really like about this season, is the fact that Once Upon a Time is trying to change that. After all, every villain doesn’t start out evil, and they all have a reason for doing what they’re doing. Above all, no villain really believes they are the villain, right? These, almost touching, backstories make us realize that maybe, things aren’t what we make them to be. This week, we got to see how Ursula became the evil sea witch we know her to be. It turns out, she is the daughter of Poseidon; commanded by her father to lure ships to their death with her voice. Only, she refuses, and spares the ship, that might just be Hook’s. Ursula doesn’t want to kill people. She doesn’t hate humans, unlike her father who blames them for the death of his wife, her mother. Instead, she steals something from his vault and leaves. Now able to walk on land, she sings in taverns, trying to earn gold for a trip to where her mother used to love singing. The far off land is too far, for now. It’s here Killian meets her, thanks her for sparing his ship, and offers to take her where ever she wants. Before she can go, however, Poseidon appears on his ship, gives him a sea shell, and tells him to use it to steal Ursula’s voice. That way, she’ll have no reason to go, and she’ll return home. In exchange, Poseidon will give Hook the one thing on earth, besides the dagger, that can kill the Dark One. But, Hook isn’t one to just do that. He shows the young mermaid the shell, and tells her who it is from. She, in turn, steals the item from her father’s vault and gives it to Hook. Before they can leave, however, Poseidon shows up and destroys the item. Enraged, Killian does something he’ll regret, he uses the shell on Ursula, stealing her ability to sing. Distraught, she flees. When Poseidon comes to comfort her, he takes his trident and merges it with her tail, and she becomes the 8-legged villain we all know… In the present, Regina watches as Gold gives August a potion, and finally learns that the Author was trapped in a door by the Sorcerer. She gets a small message out to Emma and the others, before having to keep up her ruse. Gold takes Regina and Maleficent to the Sorcerer’s mansion to find the door. It’s here Emma decides an escape plan is in order. Especially when they find out Gold impersonated Killian and tricked Belle into giving him the dagger. Ursula is offered a deal. Killian can give her the shell with her voice back, if she tells them Gold’s plan. But, Killian, nor Ursula, can get the shell to release her voice. It takes Poseidon to do that. And he shows up after Ursula knocks Killian out and throws him over board. Only because Ariel saves him and opens a portal to Poseidon. The reunion is sweet, and actually works. Ursula gets what she’s wanted all this time, and then decides she wants to go home, now that she has her happy ending back. She tells Hook that Emma is Gold’s key. He wants to fill her heart with darkness…because if there is a savior, there can’t be happy endings for the villains… Meanwhile, August is rescued and reveals that the drawing of the door is the actual prison the Author is held in…and Regina asks Emma to find Robin’s phone number…because, reasons. It seems the season is coming to a head and the only way this can end is with Emma resisting the Darkness and both our Author and Sorcerer are revealed. Is it just me, or is this feeling a bit Kingdom Heart-s-y to anyone else? Written by John Edward BetancourtTHIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM...YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...After weeks of heavy handed episodes that tugged at your feels, alongside battles with Hydra, imagine my surprise when Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. took a lighter, tamer route with its storytelling last night. By no means was last night a bad episode, just one that didn't leave my heart pounding in my chest with shocker after shocker. In fact the best way to describe "One of Us" is to say that it was fascinating, and here is why. This was an episode that was chock full of character development and little tidbits regarding the past of our favorite agents. We learned a lot about May in fact, specifically that she was once married to a brilliant psychiatrist named Andrew. May reaches out to him to help analyze Skye per S.H.I.E.L.D. protocols so she can return to field duty. It made for some entertaining television to see May smile and joke around with someone, because hey, when was the last time we saw May do anything like that? There was also some insight on Skye and the hurt and fear she carries courtesy of her sessions with Andrew. We also got a little taste of Coulson's past, learning where his hometown was and a few hints of his life growing up, oddly thanks in part to Skye's crazy dad who hatched one hell of a plan to get to us that point. He put together a team of super villains, some of the nastiest people S.H.I.E.L.D. ever put away in the hopes of drawing out Coulson and taking revenge upon the organization that put them away in the first place. The confrontation however doesn't quite go as he planned, since May shows up with Skye to keep her dad at bay mere moments before he is kidnapped by the sightless and mysterious Inhuman that can teleport and Coulson and the gang are able to recapture Cal's gallery of super villains. But what would Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. be if it didn't leave us with a ton of questions and surprises? This week delivered on that was well, because we learned that Skye's attempts to control her powers are slowly killing her because there isn't any control at all, she's just directing it inward and physically harming herself, leaving us to wonder how she will ever handle her powers. Her father Cal has to apparently answer for his attempt at revenge to persons unknown and to top everything off we finally learned what Bobbi and Mack have been up to...they work for another branch of S.H.I.E.L.D., or as Mack called it "the real S.H.I.E.L.D.", we never knew existed. It's that last part that has me intrigued to say the least, because who the hell are these guys? I mean Fury put Coulson in charge of the agency and its remnant so how on earth can there be another one? It's clear from the trailer for the next episode, and the appearance of Edward James Olmos (squee) in said trailer, that Fury has no involvement with this second S.H.I.E.L.D. and I'm dying to know the details of how this agency came to be and what purpose they plan to serve. Guess we find out next week...until then. Written by ShaeTHIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM...YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...Admittedly, this show has me yelling at it every so often. Thankfully, nobody was around to hear, because, guys, seriously, this show. This episode of this show. I’m starting to think the writers are messing with my emotions on purpose. Long ago, there was a young Regina who wanted nothing more than to get revenge on Snow White for causing the death of her true love. Villains are made, after all, and every one of them has a story to tell. We didn’t really get Maleficent's back story, but we did get to see what really happened between her and Regina. The two of them met, long ago, when Regina wanted revenge on Snow, and Rumple was taking forever to teach her. So she went to Maleficent, only the once dragon was now…less than what she used to be. Having been defeated by Aurora’s mother, somehow, she was a shadow of her former self. Regina decided that wasn’t all right. She wanted to learn from the once mighty villain, only Maleficent couldn’t transform into a dragon anymore, or even be bothered to try. That is, until Regina helped her regain that power and ability. Then, she cursed Aurora and Philip. It was pretty spectacular. And Regina, who had sought a teacher, became the teacher to Maleficent, only to go back and tell Rumple she was ready to learn from him… Happy endings are few and far between, and in Storybrooke, Regina is still trying to find a way to get hers. But, Snow asked a favor of her, so for the time being she’s undercover working with Maleficent, or trying to gain their trust. She’s trying hard to ensure she figures out their plan, meaning she has to play dirty to get everyone to trust her. Emma finds out and is 14 kinds of NOT okay with this. She finally confronts Regina saying she’ll follow and jump in if need be. Especially when a certain thing is requested of Regina. Maleficent wants her to kidnap Pinocchio. Emma barges in and demands to take the kid and have them run and hide, only…Regina assures her she’s capable of protecting the kid. Emma finally agrees, and Regina takes Pinocchio, ditching Emma, and off she and Mal go. All the while Killian tells Belle they need to hide the dagger in a better place in case Cruella, Ursula and Maleficent try to take it and summon Rumple back. Belle agrees and gets the dagger, but before she gives it to Killian, she hesitates. The pirate suggests she call for Rumple to show himself if he’s in town, or appear before her, and he doesn’t. Which, you know…turns out Rumple is Killian in disguise, but out Belle doesn’t know that. Or figure it out. She is dating Will, though. Seems they’re getting on quite happily. She’s having fun, he’s being nice and sweet, and things aren’t bad… Maleficent takes Regina to Rumple’s cabin, where they set August down and Rumple shows up. He turns Pinocchio back into August, because they all want to find the Author and get their happy endings…if those even exist. If you ask me, Regina is in over her head…but what do I know? Written by John Edward BetancourtTHIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM...YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...After last week's incredibly dark episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. I was curious to see where we would go this week and while there was still some dark and foreboding moments last night, the sense of adventure returned as Lady Sif once again returned to earth with a specific purpose in mind that she...couldn't remember in "Who You Really Are". Yes, the Asgardian warrior was suffering from amnesia when the team finally met up with her, quickly learning thanks to the internet that she was kicking the crap out of a mystery man who could hold his own against her before she lost the fight and her memory. Upon further investigation it just happens to turn out that the mystery man in question is no mere mortal, but a member of the Kree designed to look like a human being, and he is carrying a weapon that can wipe out one's memories, something he used on Sif, in order to keep him on track and execute his mission. It turns out he is here because of a mistake made by his species long ago when they came to earth to tinker with its people and their DNA to recruit them as warrior weapons in a war that the Kree had suffered many losses in. But, the experiments came to an end, and now we know why Skye and Raina have seen such significant changes...their DNA was fixed up to make them weapons. The only downside to this visit...he's here to find all the "abominations" as he put it and eliminate them from the planet, and it is at this point that Skye's secret is revealed to all, and that makes her a target for both Sif and the Kree. Thankfully, Coulson and his team are able to put the Kree down with his own memory wiping weapon and convince Lady Sif to leave Skye in their care, but this is not without its consequences. The team seems quite divided by Fitz not letting them know she has special abilities now that the secret is out. It's alienated her from the team completely and to make matters worse, something shady is going on with Bobbi and Mack. What seemed like a simple hunt for Fury's toolbox last week has turned into an all out conspiracy, leading to Hunter being rendered unconscious. So, to say the team is in tatters would be an understatement. They're still hurting from their losses, and despite their incredible victory over Hydra last week...they no longer seem to trust one another or care for each other like they did at the end of last season. It's a tragic turn of events to say the least, one that is also heartbreaking since all these characters are so likeable. Coulson at the moment seems oblivious to this and I'm hoping something special comes along to unite this team because man...they need to come together, and quick. Until next time. Written by ShaeTHIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM...YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...Sometimes even the best of people do the worst of things with the best of intentions. This episode, we saw Charming and Snow trying to protect their deepest secret from Emma…and everyone else. It seems as though Cruella and Ursula are up to something when they waltz into Gold’s old shop, which Belle now runs. Ursula steals something and the two flee. But Charming is watching them and searches Cruella’s car. He takes something and lets them leave. Snow is dead set on not letting anyone find out what happened back in the enchanted forest between the five of them, and that includes lying to Emma. Hook has a past with Ursula, but he won’t say what, which irritates Emma, but she finally gives in and just accepts that he’ll eventually tell her. Meanwhile, Regina and Henry are combing over the book when Regina notices some pages are different. The book was modified by August, who was/is now a young Pinocchio. So, they invite the young boy and his father over to see if Pinocchio has any memory of the book. They even have Emma come over to see if she can jog his memory, but nothing works. In a fit of frustration Regina loses it and snaps at the kid, which makes Gepetto yell at her. There’s a lot of yelling in this episode…but Regina can’t just leave things be. Well, not the ‘new Regina’ anyway. She seeks the former toy maker out and gives him the apology he deserves. Which prompts him to help her. He gives her the backpack August kept with him, in hopes it helps. After all, August was able to take the book apart and put it back together. Maybe he had a clue as to who the Author was? Snow and Charming are busy being sneaky as they head down to the cave under the library. After all, Emma did kill Maleficent down there. A pile of dust awaits them, and they’re quickly knocked out by Ursula and Cruella. Gold appears and offers Cruella a knife before leaving. He can’t be seen, or suspected of having anything to do with this, after all. Cruella slices a cut on both their hands and holds it over the ashes. In a swirl of dust and magic, Maleficent is back. And a bit irritated. But, she just wants Snow to suffer like she has. What did Snow do to her? Back in the enchanted forest, Maleficent, Cruella, and Ursula had gone to Snow and Charming. They knew Regina had stolen the curse from the Dragon and wanted to stop it. Their attempts to speak to the magical all-knowing tree, however, didn’t work out. All because Snow is pregnant. So Maleficent comes to Snow to ask for help one on one. Saying she’s pregnant too and they have to stop Regina before the curse happens. Snow refuses to work with Maleficent because she’s a villain. Present day, Snow asks Regina not to tell anyone what she’s about to tell her. She needs Regina’s help. She needs Regina to go undercover and find out what those three are planning. She knows it’s bad because she knows what she did to Maleficent. Emma is as light as it gets, because she is the savior, right? But her heart has potential for great darkness….but Snow and Charming did something to ensure Emma wouldn’t become evil. Whatever they did cost Maleficent her baby…how? I’m dying to know! And Gold? He just wants a second chance with Belle…or a billionth chance. But has she finally moved on? It might just look that way... Written by John Edward BetancourtI have to say that this week's episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. stuck with me long after I had watched it and written about it, something that is rare to say the least. It wasn't that the episode was any less earth shattering than say the midseason finale, it's just that...something about the tone of it and the design of it took me off guard. Truly, it was one of the darkest episodes of the show to date, dealing with one heavy thing after another, and as I had time to ponder on all the things that went down, my thoughts began to wander to other parts of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as a grand concept began to work its way into my mind, the fact that we may be looking at some of the darkest and deepest stories that the MCU has had to offer to date. I mean, think about it. Nothing has been the same since Captain America: The Winter Soldier with the incredible revelations it brought to the table by way of Hydra. While the film is amazing, and one of my favorites in the MCU it's clear Marvel is moving to a darker tone. We see it on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and judging from the three epic trailers for Avengers: Age of Ultron our intrepid heroes are in for one hell of a scary ride that will undoubtedly beat them to their knees. I also think it's a foregone conclusion that the events in Age of Ultron will change Tony Stark, which of course leads us to Captain America: Civil War which it's safe to say will equally be a heavy handed film in its themes and what the characters go through. The irony is that while DC films are often criticized for being too dark, Marvel is quickly surprising us all with some heavy stories and more on the horizon. Now of course the big question is, is this a bad thing? The answer is an absolute no. This is the kind of era for the MCU that will undoubtedly bring forth the best possible stories we have ever seen from Marvel. After all, who isn't excited to see what happens next come May. The bottom line is, I think we have entered a phase of extremely dark and heavy stories from the biggest movie franchise out there simply because, those stories captivate us and draw us in and we crave it quite frankly. Think back to your favorite comic book storyline and how it put your hero through absolute hell. The difference for Marvel is that they keep the fun going regardless of how incredible the odds are for the characters and while I have no doubt once we get through this ugly patch the stories will lighten up a little bit, there will always be those heavy moments to give our characters something to overcome and keep all of us talking long after the screen has faded to black. Written by John Edward BetancourtTHIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM...YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...So, I knew when Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. came back from its hiatus to expect some pretty epic things. The Inhumans were introduced to the world, Hydra would be dealing with a power struggle and S.H.I.E.L.D. would be mourning one of its own. What I didn't expect, was that the show was going to go to some pretty heavy and dark places, and that's what we will be talking about today as we recap "Aftershocks". All the story elements I just mentioned were of course front and center last night, Skye is quickly realizing she has some pretty extraordinary powers, Raina has become what appears to be a hybrid of human, cat and porcupine, a "Porcucat" as Shae put it during text message and our first surprisingly dark theme of the night came forth, the xenophobia on the matter. Hell even Agent Simmons suggested that perhaps a little genocide and dismantling of anything alien wouldn't be bad. I call it surprising because well...in the MCU it's not like extraterrestrial life is a shock any more to mankind after the Battle of New York so, I really wasn't expecting that one. But I guess it makes sense, Agent Tripp was an unexpected loss and the show got a little darker in dealing with his untimely departure. Sure the team had the obligatory, let's hang out and remember our fallen friend, but anger over the fact that he died was everywhere. Heck it was so bad we even saw Mack go off on Coulson regarding his ability to lead the team without getting everyone killed and our fearless leader had the tough duty of having to deliver the bad news to Agent Tripp's mother in an absolutely heartbreaking scene. I've never quite seen the show go to such places, and it was impressive to say the least. Perhaps the craziest moments from last night, if that's possible, came from the Hydra power struggle, something I'm glad they addressed. After all, we know that if you cut one head off, two more will appear, but the ancient and powerful organization seems to be in trouble now leadership wise after Coulson used their own tactics against this evil group. After all, Hydra feared a S.H.I.E.L.D. counteroffensive and the many different folks vying to be the new boss agreed that the one who brought down S.H.I.E.L.D. would be in charge. So Coulson used Bakshi as bait, and faked his own death and made it look like Hunter betrayed them all to put an end to the power struggle and cripple Hydra all at once. The man who took Bakshi in for shelter after his "escape" put his fellow Hydra Leadership competitors to death before S.H.I.E.L.D. put him down and took Bakshi back into custody to deliver to General Talbot. It was by far Coulson's boldest move on the show, because now Hydra will undoubtedly be in complete disarray for some time, something I'm not exactly upset about since they've been a pain in the ass in the MCU since Winter Solider, I just never thought I'd see Coulson lay down the hammer in such a fashion. Impressive to say the least. Either way, holy cow this show keeps getting better and better. The growth of the story and the characters continues to impress, however I'm hoping we start moving away from some of these incredibly darker episodes and give our favorite agents a break. Heck they, and the audience need it, but bravo to last night's episode, it was bold and amazing. Written by ShaeTHIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM...YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...With Gold exiled he turns to one unlikely friend. That’s right, the Sea Witch herself, Ursula is the first person Gold seeks out. She’s ‘kind’ enough to let him crash at her place while they all formulate a plan. Well, he has a plan. A simple one at that. His plan is simple. Find Cruella, and the three of them get into Story Brooke. There’s just one issue. Neither woman trust him, and rightfully so. Seems in the past he’s double crossed them a time or two, which might leave a bad taste in anyone’s mouth. Ursula and Gold find Cruella as her life is being ripped apart, literally. Seems her husband(?) is being arrested and their possessions taken. It’s here she decides to go along with the two. Meanwhile Belle is trying desperately to find a way to release the fairies from the hat Gold had Hook trap them in. She e-mails a professor from Oxford in hopes of getting something translated. Lucky enough for her, he replies with the translations. Things really can’t be that easy, right? Guess not…Regina does the spell and frees the fairies from their prison. But that’s not the only thing that gets loose. A winged gargoyle springs forth and his job is to go after the heart with the most potential for darkness. Together Regina and Emma stun the beast away, which gives them enough time to figure out what to do. They hardly get a chance since a phone call from Gold’s phone sets them off track. Or it might just help. Ursula tells Regina that she and Cruella have changed their ways, and want a second chance. Regina refuses until Ursula gives her information on how to destroy the creature… Which gives the girls a plan. Drive to the edge of town and get the beast to fly over the line. It can’t exist in a world without magic, after all. Regina agrees. if their information pans out and works, she’ll let them in with the scroll from the Ice Queen. If it doesn’t…The beast attacks on their way to the town line. It doesn’t seem to be after Regina though, but it’s hard to tell. Finally, Regina tries sacrificing herself to save Emma, but its Emma’s stopping the car quite quickly that knocks the beast off over the line, vanishing in a puff of smoke. Snow and Charming show up last minute to try and talk them out of letting Cruella and Ursula in, but Emma and Regina hold strong. After all, a deal is a deal. The two are let in and Regina gives a warning. She better not regret letting the two in… Meanwhile, in the dead of night, Gold waits for the two girls to show back up. Their deal hinged on him trusting them. Just when it seemed that they won’t show, and he’s about to give up, the Snow Queen's scroll hits the ground just behind him. Now back in two, he informs the girls that there’s one more girl needed for their team. Maleficent is dead though, right? Not according to Gold. Ursula says Regina is their biggest threat and Gold confirms my theory, that the beast was after Emma all along. While also confessing he was the one to translate the spell, Gold sets off to find Maleficent, presumably. Cruella and Ursula, on the other hand, meet with Charming and Snow, who just so happen to have a threat of their own. What happened between the four in the Enchanted Forest!? Guess we’ll have to keep watching to find out. |
