The POP! Obsession Awakens

Are you like me? Do you have a problem? I have a problem. My POP! collection has reached 62 individual POP's, not including the 3 keychain POP's....now, I do have all of mine out of the box, because I am that type of person. Mattie keeps hers in the box, because she's weird. But listen, whether you open or leave them, POP's are beyond adorable. And with the new Star Wars movie out, there's a ton more new POP's! There are plenty in stores to be found, but there are also some that are dedicated for a certain store or happen to be online exclusive. Which is the case with a lot of POP! figures, but these are my Star Wars: The Force Awakens Exclusive POP! figure finds! Say that three times fast.

Okay. Look at that tiny POP! face! How can you say no!? I finally broke down and ordered Poe without his helmet, because he's just too cute to pass up. Thankfully John was awesome enough to find the regular Poe and Finn for me, since they're not to be found in Lone Tree, but then I stumbled across this version of Poe online. He's actually the reason the rest of these POPs were found. The little details are what always get me with these guys, like the tiny scar under his eye.....

And because you can't have one without the other, here is Stormtrooper Finn sans helmet also! Poe and Finn had the most epic of instant on screen bromances ever, and of course Finn's alternate version needed to be found. After all, Finn is a huge part of the whole story, so it only makes sense that he has two POP! identities, no different than my personal favorite character in the film, Poe. Finn's Stormtrooper version is one of my favorites because he is the only Stormtrooper in film history to ever take his helmet off. Well, and totally bail on the evilness that is the First order....but still!

Unlike this Stormtrooper who stole everyone's hearts with his one yelled line of "traitor!" And his pretty epic weapon! While he's not an alternate version, he is a pretty epic exclusive POP! and he was a memorable opponent for Finn! While there are a ton of Stormtrooper POP's, this little guy is my absolute favorite! He even has a shield! How can you not love him!?

And lastly, Rey! Of course our main character needs an alternate version POP figure! She's a very strong character, and while she's cute with her staff, she looks pretty epic with a blaster and some goggles! Mattie happens to have this POP!, and she's just as cute in person as she is online. Just add a BB-8 and everyone is happy! Like this one. Which John got me for Christmas. Because he knows me too well....
