Once Upon a Time Recap: "Rocky Road"

With so much going on this weekend, Sunday was a huge night for TV. With two big shows in one evening, it's hard to take in all that awesomeness. Well, I'm here now to re-live the magical show that is Once Upon a Time with you guys! Are you enjoying the season so far? I know I am. With Anna and Elsa joining the cast the stories have been mainly focused on our Frozen friends. This episode was strangely Anna free, but it was not free from the drama. At we start, Robin and his Marian take their son for some ice cream after a walk about town. However, this peaceful family moment is soon ruined when Marian later faints at the town meeting. Turning to ice, which sounds very familiar. With only one known ice wielder in town, there's only one logical person to blame. Elsa is now the newest target, and Emma is not about to let her new friend take the blame for something that isn't her fault. With that in mind, Emma orders Hook to take Elsa to the sheriff's station for safe keeping.

The pirate has another idea. He take Elsa to Visit Mr. Gold and then threatens him into cooperating. Turns out, Hook knows that Gold gave Belle a fake dagger. Never underestimate the powers of a hot pirate. With the help of Gold, Elsa and Hook are able to find the one who froze Marian....

They're not the only ones looking. David and Emma are hitting the streets, or more so, Robin's camp when they find a suspect. Or rather a thief. Did you all have a chance to watch the Wonderland spinoff? If you did, this character might just seem familiar. The theif in question tells Emma and David that he saw something strange in the ice cream shop. As if someone had frozen it all over. Investigating the shop proves accurate. And it seems Emma was right; there is someone here with Elsa's powers. They search for this mysterious ice cream shop owner. While Hook and Elsa confront the Snow Queen. Without much explanation we learn that this older version of Elsa is supposedly her aunt. Having been the sister of Elsa's late mother. Is this true? It easily could be. According to the Snow Queen, Elsa was imprisoned in the urn by Anna. To make matters worse, the Queen is about to kill Hook and blame Elsa. Why? Evil plot twist is evil!

Emma and David show up to save the day, giving the Queen time to escape. Emma yells at Hook for being reckless, and states she's scared of losing him. Elsa is confused. What happened to Marian? Well, in order to save her, Regina ripped our her heart, so the ice spell wouldn't freeze it. Shortly after Robin confessed he was in love with the former evil queen. Seems Regina really is turning over a new leaf as Henry has offered to help her find the writer of the book so that she may have a happy ending.
