Written by ShaeTHIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM...YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...It's been quite some time since this show has been on. The mini break left me wondering what exactly would happen with just 4 episodes left in the season. Last time we saw everyone, things had gone a bit down hill, to say the least. Alfred is still struggling from his encounter with his supposed friend Reggie. I think it's safe to say, that friendship is over. And to make matters worse, we know Reggie is working for members of the Wayne Enterprises Board. It seems he's taken some files from Bruce's stash and that can't be good. Selina does pop in to offer some condolences on the situation, which is some small prize. Gordon gets blindsided when Bullock turns on the case that had Flass in jail for the murder of a man and some drug smuggling. Bullock's confession and retraction make it so Flass is free, and Gordon is just a bit pissed off about that. So what's going on? Bullock is a loyal friend right? Turns out, Commissioner Loeb has some dirt on just about every GCPD cop, and he's got no problem throwing that around. In Harvey's case, that blackmail was strong enough for him to go against Gordon. With little to go on, Jim turns to Harvey Dent for help. If there's one thing Gordon is, it's stubborn. The plan is to find Loeb's weakness; because surely he has some. Thankfully, they don't have to look to far. Gordon eventually gets Harvey onboard, and sadly they have to go to the Penguin again, because Loeb has entrusted Falcone to keep his secret safe. The boys are expecting some paperwork of some kind, a stash with ally he GCPD blackmail, but what they find is far from what they were expecting. Nestled up in the attic of a farm house out in the country, lies a very important girl. The patrons of the home are a married couple employed by Falcone and Loeb to keep the living secret. They're not to keen on Gordon and Bullock snooping around. Penguin is just as suspicious of a this whole mess...mostly he's scared they'll figure out who he is. A gunfight ensues when the couple decide that these men can't be trusted. Low and behold, our good guys win. Cobblepot is left to watch them while Bullock and Gordon investigate. The person in the attic is Loeb's daughter. She happens to have a few screws missing, but has an affinity for making jewelry out of bird skeletons. It doesn't take long for Jim to figure it out from there. The mentally insane girl had killed her mother in a fit of rage. Loeb locked her away as to keep it all secret, and keep the girl out of Arkham. Gordon takes his new knowledge to Loeb, in exchange for Bullock's blackmail file. Jim is done messing around, but he's still a loyal friend. What do we have to look forward to tonight!? Seems Zsasz is threatening Cobblepot, and really, I'm more interested to know what's going to happen with Jim and Leslie since Barbara is back in town...
