We are taught from a very early age, to handle healing in a very specific manner. In that, when we hurt, we need to suck it up and forge ahead. For pain, in any capacity is fleeting, and one should never feel it. So, we learn to push through it and if we cannot, we find new ways to and well, there are definite pros and cons of healing in this manner. On the plus side, it does show us what we are made of and what we can handle from a pain tolerance standpoint. Not to mention, it does teach us how to cope sometimes with the minor stuff that is worth shoving aside. But the cons, truly outweigh the pros. Because as mentioned, when we don’t get immediate results… we find ways to get what we want, and that is troublesome. Because such a decision can bring about real problems down the line, the kind we will eventually have to face, as evidenced by the next episode of Brilliant Minds on NBC. Which ‘The First Responder’ showcased by way of an introduction to an EMT named Katie Rodriguez. Who was a regular at Bronx General and was suddenly in peril, physically. Because she passed out in front the ER and her health deteriorated quickly. Mainly because, she had caught a nasty case of meningitis, one that only made itself present in older individuals and that brought forth a health reckoning for Katie. One that showcased why we cannot just forge ahead when we are ill or injured and in need of healing. For it was revealed that Katie took a bullet in the line duty, and pushed herself back to service ahead of schedule, and because she wasn’t ready… she opted to use steroids to function. To push through. Which made her immunocompromised and nearly cost her, her life. Which made it clear, while the world says we must shove ahead and be the rock and figure out how to heal… we cannot. We have to slow down, take the time to heal and reflect on our pain. For that is what gives us strength when we are ready and oddly enough, Dr. Wolf helped to showcase, that truth behind that statement. Since we learned about how he handled pain, of the emotional sort, and how he used to push through it in a negative manner. But Carol and time helped him to understand how to handle it better and how to prevent himself from slipping into old haunts, and he applied that here with positive results. But while it was fascinating to learn this lesson, as is always the case, the show had more to offer us. For in between Katie’s journey and Wolf’s reflections, was a fascinating case involving a boy named Finn. Who we learned could not process pain at all, courtesy of Ericka’s keen observation skills regarding Van’s ability to empathize to pain, and that led to some fascinating lessons on how someone would recover from such physical apathy. Not to mention, we saw Van and Ericka make more effort in being together and it would seem the secret will soon be out regarding their affair, since Jacob stumbled upon a clue in his attempts to romance Ericka. And of course, we’d be remiss to not talk about Carol’s journey here. Since she not only had to confront her husband about his actions and suffer through some hard truth… but she had to try to save the life of the woman he’s been having an affair with, since she would not let go of Carol as a therapist… or the dark emotions this all brought forth. All of which gave rise to a wonderful hybrid episode for the series. Since it featured the mystery cases we love and adore alongside the character studies we are learning to crave. Because the people that make up this universe are equally as compelling, and so like us and so fascinating in general and well, you simply cannot go wrong with a story that gives us both. Since it made for one compelling tale that left us with plenty to ponder upon and look forward to. Since it would seem that Josh and Oliver are really working toward something sustainable, and Carol is finding agency while Van, Ericka, Jacob and Dana keep working to find themselves, and it will be interesting to see how all this growth pays off as we inch toward the end of season one of this brilliant show. Until next time. Watch ‘Brilliant Minds’

Caution: This article contains spoilers for the Series Premiere of ‘Star Wars: Skeleton Crew’.
It is definitely safe to say that every Star Wars fan out there, shared in similar emotions the first time they settled in to watch a story told in a galaxy, far, far away. In that, they were in left in awe and with a real sense of wonder. Because it was just incredible to see a universe so rich and so diverse, where good and evil duked it out in a manner that defied the limits of our imagination, and that sense of awe and wonder extended well beyond our first viewing. For Star Wars basically infected our minds in the healthiest way possible. Since we quickly became obsessed with it and what it had to offer. To the point where we held lightsaber duels with our friends, quoted our favorite lines and carried our lunchboxes to school proudly. Because those first days with the franchise simply unlocked something special in our imagination, and well… sadly… like all things in life that sense of wonder faded over time. Instead replaced with satisfaction and joy as we watched more and more Star Wars throughout the years, and we of course… have always wondered if by chance we can recreate just a taste of that feeling of our first experience with the franchise and believe it or not… we finally can. Courtesy of the latest offering from the franchise, which debuted on Disney+ last night, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew. A feat that ‘This Could Be a Real Adventure’ and ‘Way, Way Out Past the Barrier’ accomplished by transporting us to a special location and special time in the franchise. For this story takes place post Return of the Jedi, in the heart of the Outer Rim where pirates plague the trade routes and where… a group of kids on a cozy world are just doing their best to get by. Because Wim, Fern, KB, and Neel, don’t quite fit in and they often feel they are meant for more and well… they will get their chance to see what more looks like. For Wim comes to discover that hidden on his world, is a crashed starship, one that he and his friends manage to reactivate while aboard and soon… they find themselves lost in space and searching for home and all they have to help them is their salty ship droid SM-33, and potentially a mysterious pirate they meet along the way.
All of which, offers up first and foremost, a vastly different kind of Star Wars story. For this one doesn’t quite harbor all the elements we are used to when it comes a story set in this galaxy. After all, the Empire is gone, the First Order is a mere thought, and others are battling Imperial Remnant. So, there’s no great evil for these kids to face. They’re just lost. They just want to go home and perhaps regale their family with tales of a galaxy beyond and that’s refreshing to see. Since it offers this story freedom, and a sense of adventure and fun. Not to mention, it lets comedic elements shine and above all, this newfound adventure allows for something quite magical to happen for the audience, especially those of us who have watched these stories for ages.
In that, it recreates that sense of awe and wonder, and the characters themselves help that come to life. Courtesy of the fact that Wim is enamored with stories of the Jedi, and the heroism they provided to the galaxy. In fact, we even see him and Neel get into lightsaber duels as we did as kids and truly… the thought of touching the stars and seeing the galaxy beyond, ignites that sense of awe and wonder we felt when we first watched the franchise, and that’s amazing. Because it is so hard to replicate a feeling that powerful, but we truly live vicariously through these kids and it really is quite the delight to feel as though we are starting a powerful journey for the first time and in many ways, we are. Simply because, the world that Wim and his friends inhabit has quite the mystery surrounding it, one that is new to the franchise. Not to mention, we have a bevy of questions regarding Jude Law’s character and his ties to the Force and of course… who doesn’t want to learn about the pirates that populate this place? Which means we are in for quite the adventure. One that is funny, charming and downright engaging and thrilling, courtesy of a refreshing new series that truly does remind us why we fell in love with the franchise in the first place, and it will be interesting to see what lie ahead as these kids work to return home from the vastness of the galaxy. Until next time. Watch ‘Star Wars: Skeleton Crew’

Caution: This article contains spoilers for Episode 710 of ‘Outlander’. To revisit the previous episode, click here.
One particular concept in storytelling that has evolved in a fascinating manner, is time travel. Simply because this concept has become a staple in science fiction, and it is used in a manner that makes life every easy for the characters that deal with it. For when someone goes back in time in sci-fi, they know what’s coming and they can work toward preserving a timeline and avoiding a paradox, and that gives them incredible intelligence and makes them quite the hero since they do indeed use their vast knowledge to save all of space and time, to the point… where some of these stories simply don’t have high stakes to them. Simply because, everything is laid out so carefully, that there’s minimal room for conflict or surprise. Which is why the STARZ series, Outlander is such the breath of fresh air. For its time travel moments defy the norms and offer no sense of comfort and minimal knowledge of the past. For the show acknowledges that it would not be a pleasant ride, and that it would be impossible to know every moment that lie ahead to truly save the day. Which indeed gives rise to real conflict, and real surprise and incredible drama, as evidenced by this week’s episode. For ‘Brotherly Love’ used that lack of detail to bring Roger MacKinzie into the thick of some fascinating situations. The kind where old haunts came around full circle, as did old family members. Since we enjoyed cameos from Lotte Verbeek and Graham McTavish and Roger was also treated to a stunning surprise. In that, he may be about to encounter his father, since everything in this time period indicated that this is where his father went to, and that’s powerful and wild stuff that adds depth to the notion of time travel, and it didn’t end there. For the arrival of Claire and Young Ian in Philadelphia, saw Young Ian deal with a great deal of surprises. Such as the fact that Rachel was still in town, and he merely needed to find her to tell her he loved her. Not to mention, he did get word from back home that his father finally succumbed to his consumption and that he was gently laid to rest by Jamie no less, before Jamie went off into the world to prepare for his own voyage to the City of Brotherly Love. But the biggest surprise of all for Young Ian, lie in the fact that darkness was waiting for him in this town.
Because Bug found his way to this city, and once he learned that Rachel was here and that Young Ian had come ashore with Claire, he put a grand plan for revenge into motion. One that kept him close to either party as they searched for one another and when the moment was right, he struck true. And had it not been for a soldier with a massive crush on Rachel, her and Young Ian’s reunion and declaration of love might have never happened. And while, at first glance, that might seem as though it doesn’t relate to the time travel trope being refreshed here, it does, the long way round. For that kind of chaos cannot be accounted for and that kind of hate is something that no one can predict. It is just part of the chaos of life and that’s the thing… one cannot prepare for that, no matter how well they might know what tomorrow might look like.
Which was brought home by Claire’s journey here. For while she did an amazing job of healing in this town and stepped in to help with the American army by utilizing what the redcoats were ignoring, because of knowledge, all hell broke loose in this tale. In part because, word got back that the ship that Jamie was traveling to America on, sank in the middle of the ocean, with a loss of all hands. Which made it clear that her love was gone, and she was of course, devastated, and posed with quite the unique request. For she was also about to be arrested in this story for helping the American side in the war effort and John requested, that she marry him. To avoid any trouble and to likely satiate a desire he harbors for her since he did go the extra mile to be ready for her arrival. But what mattered most here, is that the core time travelers in this story, didn’t walk into the past with unlimited knowledge that would allow them to easily solve their problems. They only know of tomorrow at large and not the little surprises along the way, and no one could. For in the end, we are always at the mercy of life and the chaos of the universe, no matter how much we know that made for a supremely human and shocking story. One that does have us wondering if Jamie is okay or if this show just made a bold decision in its penultimate season. But before we speculate further, we can celebrate a refreshing tale. One that reminded us why this series is so unique and so different from other time travel stories, and it of course, will have us counting down the minutes to next week’s tale. To learn the fate of the love of Claire’s life. Until next time. Watch ‘Outlander’

One particular belief that we all hold to in this life, is that there are individuals that are immune from the ravages of doubt and fear. Such as those who serve the public trust and those who serve in our military. Because these are the folks that make hard decisions about the future of everyday folks and stand on the front lines of danger, so it stands to reason, there will be no fear in their minds and no doubt as to who they are and what they do. For they are to represent the best of us and would never succumb to the simple stuff we deal with on a regular basis, and well… we eventually learn in this life that this belief is silly at best. Because while those folks do indeed make tough calls and face tough moments and decisions, they are still human beings. Which means, they are scared of the calls they make, and they doubt if they made the right one and hold their breath to see if it pans out, and they even… don’t think they belong there. Because imposter syndrome is a very real thing and a very shared trait amongst all of us, and perhaps the species of the galaxy as well. In fact, the universal nature of such doubts is top of mind today since it was featured in a fascinating and beautiful manner in the next episode of Star Trek: Lower Decks on Paramount+. A feat that ‘Fully Dilated’ accomplished by way of a special away team mission. One where the Cerritos was brought to a faraway, pre-warp world because a giant Purple Enterprise-D from another universe accidentally dropped some technology off on said pre-warp world, and well, the crew knew it had to be retrieved and it was up to T’Lyn, Mariner, and Tendi to head down there and find it bring it back. But it would not be a milk run. Since it required cosmetic surgery and a race against time. Since time dilation would make seconds seem like weeks down there and at first, the mission went off without a hitch. For this trio found the technology, which turned out to be the head of an alternate universe Lieutenant Commander Data, and they raised no suspicion.
But alas, they were supposed to receive a signal to return to a well-hidden beam out location and did not, for reasons we will get to in a moment. Which meant, they had time, lots of time, on this planet to just sit and think and well, since Tendi and T’Lyn were up for promotion to senior science officer on the bridge of the Cerritos, Tendi felt some pressure upon her. Because she was convinced that T’Lyn would win the promotion, since she was a Vulcan and scienced the hell out of this mission to make everyone rich and comfortable while they waited for that signal and that, put her into a tizzy. Where she felt she wasn’t worthy of the promotion or much of what she did.
Which showcased that even the heartiest of individuals in this kind of field, and no matter how well trained or brave… will have doubt creep in and wonder if they belong and this episode made sure to not only teach us that truth, but how we escape it. Which involves taking a moment to breathe, to look at what we have accomplished and what we do right the vast majority of the time. To find peace and understanding we are right where we need to be. Which Tendi eventually received, through the help of her friends and that Purple Data. Since she figured out how to power his matrix with pre-warp tech no less. All while other shenanigans took place. Such as Mariner’s quest to have her own ‘The Inner Light’ moment. Thankfully though, eventually the away team was brought back to the ship, since Ruthy and Boims finally cleaned up the food related mess that kept them down there for so long, and Data was sent home by way of a beautiful Wrath of Khan homage no less, and both T’Lyn and Tendi got the promotion, since Captain Freeman knew that they both would do the job right. All of which brought about, a wondrous episode. One that was in the spirit of the franchise, and it did indeed harken back to some classic episodes, and you can also never go wrong with a Brent Spiner cameo. Because the man is just a legend in this saga and well, this episode just leaves us ready for more adventures with this fine crew. As we inch toward the end of the journey and all the wonder and emotion, it will send our way. Until next time. Watch ‘Star Trek: Lower Decks’

We are taught from a very early age, that the truth means everything in this life, and because of that… we should be a champion of it. We should speak it at all times. We should expose it when someone tries to cover it up, and we should ensure that everyone knows it at all times. Because we are also taught that people will cherish it and embrace it because they too demand it. So, imagine our surprise when we try to do this in adulthood, and come to learn that the world has quite the unique set of views regarding the truth, and how people actually cherish it. Which do not match up at all with the lessons we were taught. Since we come to learn that some folks, just love to lie and could care less about the truth, and that speaking it can cause harm instead of good, and that not everyone wants to hear it or champion it. For some cannot handle the truth and some won’t believe it regardless of its purity. So, we come to learn that in reality, the truth is only beloved some of the time and it is manipulated in this world and that harsh lesson is top of mind today, because Fran learned it in the next episode of You Would Do It Too (Tú También lo Harías) on Apple TV+. A feat that ‘A Difficult Decision’ accomplished by having Fran and Rebeca take the truth about Dante and what happened on the bus that night, right to their boss, in her own home no less. Wherein… the lesson came right into play. Because despite giving Commissioner Jordan every single reason to open the investigation back up and bring justice forth… she didn’t care. In part because, the department learned that Dante was an innocent man. Since another sister came forth to discuss what really happened on the day he supposedly ‘killed’ his other sister, making it clear he went to jail for no reason. Which would have put a black mark on the whole system. Not to mention, other wild circumstances came into play. Such as the fact that Dante was injured while trying to escape with smugglers and was likely going to die, and the press was going to continue to pursue the narrative that he was a hero and well, that helped the boss to understand… no one wanted the truth. Because the truth would hurt the department and the system since they screwed up something fierce, and there would be no justice for a dead man walking and the people had their narrative and were satisfied with it and wanted to embrace that someone did something just in an unjust time and did more than a police department that was in fact, incompetent. All of which hammered home the lesson, since truly, the truth was not welcome and was harmful and truly was nothing less than a lie to others because they put belief into what they wanted the truth to be. Which was a lot for Fran to deal with and such injustice and such a push toward keeping the truth in darkness… prompted him to leave the force. Which in turn meant the witnesses/criminals were sent home and the world was about to move on in vastly different manner. Since those ‘impacted’ by the events on the bus held a dark truth in their hearts, one that others knew but could speak nothing of. Because the world had settled into its lie, and that made for one powerful episode. One that ironically, spoke to our own world right now and our own fights with the truth and that was ironic because this show hasn’t showcased that it wants to jab at the truths of our own world, but this was another welcome surprise from a show full of them. And what’s even wilder, is that we still have two episodes in season one to go, and that means nothing, but surprises are headed this way. Since the case is closed and Fran is out and clearly, this show is eager to explore matters regarding the fallout of this twist, as we inch toward the end of this breathtaking story. Until next time. Caution: This article contains spoilers for Episode 208 of ‘Shrinking’. To revisit the previous episode, click here.
One important question that a great deal of therapists will ask a particular patient when the time is right, is what is it that is truly upsetting them? And they ask that question, simply because… there comes a point where we move beyond that which ails us and have made actual peace with it. Yet, we are still upset by mention of it or get fired up when we have to face it any capacity and well, our therapist wants to know why. Not for their benefit of course, but for ours. Because that means, we can finally look at the root cause of why we are upset and really address what’s eating at us so we can finally move on. If anything, this is top of mind today, simply because it was brought up in the next episode of Shrinking on Apple TV+. That is, after an important moment was handled for Paul. Because he was struggling to sleep in this episode, and that of course meant tremors and memory issues and he wanted to address them and learned, more life changes were on the horizon. Such as giving up drinking, and well, to showcase the growth that Paul has undergone… he agreed to this. Because he really has come to understand the power of the moment and of enjoying it, so he shared his last drink with Jimmy, who was one half of the equation of this week’s exploration. The other was Derek. Who left home and was living in anger over what happened between Liz and her former beau. But not for reasons that he thought. Because once he cooled down, he came to realize, with Gaby’s help, that he wasn’t really mad at Liz. He was mad that he stepped aside and just let her be, rather than being present and being there when she needed it. Because that is what drove her to that kiss, and that maybe, if he was present more often… there would be no questions regarding their love. So, he came home and did right by Liz and that informed us that understanding the root cause of a matter can showcase what went wrong and how to fix it. But Jimmy’s understanding of this was more complex, and far more powerful than we might have expected. But obviously, he was mad here, because of the fact that his daughter and bestie were hanging out with the man that changed it all. But the question was… why. Because Alice and Brian were doing the right thing and making peace and offering forgiveness, all tenets of healing and growth. Which meant, this anger was something deeper, and some facetime with Louis and a request he leave the family alone revealed to Jimmy… he was still mad and still shattered that he ‘failed’ as a father. That he didn’t stand tall and guide her in her darkest hour after that devastating loss, and he needed to heal from that and forgive himself. Which made for a powerful episode for certain. One that explored a question that we all should answer the next time we think about a moment that deeply upset us from long ago. To really understand if there’s an unresolved trauma, if we’re sliding into survivor mode… or if… we’re hanging onto something else we need to let go of, and that really did bring about a special story. One that also explored how we came to this point and the gravity of that powerful day and well, we should expect nothing less from a story about healing. Because there’s no better way to help an audience learn how to, than by showing us every single step, and every single mistake as we work for the peace we crave. Until next time. Watch ‘Shrinking’

Caution: This article contains spoilers for Episode 203 of ‘Silo’. To revisit the previous episode, click here.
It really is quite amazing what the hit Apple TV+ series, Silo, is accomplishing in its second season from a storytelling standpoint. For not only have we learned so much about this world and how there are more Silos than the one Juliette Nichols called home, but the story is also expanding into a beautifully interwoven tale of two Silos. With Bernard trying to maintain order after Juliette escaped the horrors of cleaning while she works to uncover truths about her new home, through the unique individual that is ‘Solo’ and well, all of this has been accomplished over the course of three whole episodes and it has made for just powerful storytelling. The kind that continued this week by truly creating that tapestry. Since one half of the story focused on Juliette’s time in what we learned is Silo 17. For Solo did speak up about how there are 50 total Silos and that the nearby cluster of them consisted of 15, 16 and 18. One of which we can infer is Juliette’s, since Bernard does have that flashing ‘18’ keychain. But what mattered more is that Solo finally opened up to her and fed her and informed her of what happened in Silo 17, and how someone who didn’t clean and walked over the ridge as well, created utter chaos within the place. For others wanted to know the same truth that Juliette was learning and that led to the death of so many, and sheer panic from Juliette. For she came to realize what we already knew. That her survival accomplished the same kind of disaster back home, and that prompted her to try and enlist Solo’s help in getting her a new suit. To return home and stop the madness that was brewing. But alas, Solo was not eager to leave the Vault and while he did help her look for the stuff she would need, she needed the man in person to help her, and eventually… he came out of his tiny little shell. To interact and understand reality and to finally help Juliette prepare for a return home and that… could not have come at a better time. For the other half of this story revolved around Silo 18, and the chaos that was beginning to brew within its chilly concrete walls.
Because unrest did indeed continue to grow, and Bernard felt helpless to stop it. Which meant he spent a great deal of time with Judge Meadows in this tale to figure out how to quell this, and that… was a frosty alliance for certain. Since the Judge wanted the truth and offered genuine suggestions on how best to stop this quickly. Which involved releasing prisoners from the lower levels to not sow discontent and to be truthful with her about whether or not Juliette willingly left the Silo. But alas, Bernard being a by-the-book, bookworm, could not escape his nature and continued to lie and continued to imprison maintenance and engineering workers, and that… brought Silo 18 to the brink of utter and complete bloodshed and chaos.
For if there is one particular truth about mankind that will never leave us, regardless of the situation we are in, it would be that we will absolutely fight for what we think is right, no matter the risk or the cost. Which happened here for certain. Because the people pushed back and pushed back hard, and that led to loss of life and more fury and more growing discontent. Because slowly but surely, oppression was coming into play and the people weren’t having it. Which means that this place is now an outright powder keg, ready to explode and it is hard to say what will prevent a full-on end to it, a la Silo 17. Because everyone is searching for truth, and everyone is searching for justice, and it is now only a matter of time before the wants of the state and the wants of the people collide in an explosive manner. Which means, that the clock is ticking on Juliette, for her return and her ability to express what lie beyond could quell some of the horror and perhaps lead to truth. But while we wait to see what her quest for a new suit brings her and if she even can return home, we can celebrate one powerful tale. One that truly did blend together two storylines in a magnificent manner, and it truly engaged us and kept us riveted on the screen. But that is what this show knows how to do, and it is only getting better in its second season and that’s incredible. Since it’s been amazing from the get-go and now all we can do is sit back and patiently wait to see what lie ahead as tensions continue to build in another Silo, one that could become another tomb in a graveyard of mystery. Until next time. Watch ‘Silo’

Caution: This article contains spoilers for Episode Four of ‘St. Denis Medical’. To revisit the previous episode, click here.
There are a great many reasons that people are eager to tune into mockumentary style television shows. For the majority of them, it’s the comedy and satire they provide regarding a unique workplace, since you cannot go wrong with seeing a funnier and thoughtful side to places, we know nothing about. For others, it is the characters that they enjoy, since these stories often harbor quirky folks that feel familiar. But above all, we all tune in to just be reminded that work is, weird, period, and filled with all kinds of wild ups and downs. But that when we find the right job, it’s all worth tolerating, and well… all of that is top of mind today, simply because the next episode of St. Denis Medical on NBC put so much of that on display. For instance, ‘Salamat You Too’, took the time to remind us of the fact that no matter where you go, there will always be some strong-willed individuals that are a little too into themselves and a little crazy at the wrong moment. Which was showcased by Dr. Bruce, and Dr. Ron. Since Bruce was eager to continue to be showcased as the quarterly featured employee, to the point where he sabotaged others from getting it because he loved seeing himself on screens, and Dr. Ron, well, he went a little too far into the void of madness here. Since a parking issue with a coworker led to nasty notes and tirades and a horrible collision to be proven he was in the right. All of which reminded us of the wild nature of the workplace and how certain personalities spice things up for certain. But of course, this episode also made a point to showcase… that regardless of how prestigious the job is and how skilled the staff can be, cliques and such will still be a thing. Because it’s just natural for us to congregate in that manner and with certain people and that there are some who will question that natural order of things. No matter how efficient life is when they exist, since those cliques do tend to get things done. All of which was explored by way of Alex and Matt’s journey. Because Matt took notice of the fact that a number of Korean nurses stuck together and enjoyed a sense of standing because of how well they worked together and, being the new guy, brought it up and wondered if that was healthy. Of course, being the new head nurse, Alex listened and that led to chaos of course. Not to mention, a little clapback from that group of nurses because well, when you upset the natural order of any workplace that’s how it goes. Which was the real core lesson here. To not mess with how things flow in a workplace if they’re not causing problems and just use it to everyone’s advantage. Also, to not listen to Matt. Because he’s the reason there was unrest in the hospital, and why Alex had to be a little more open with the staff to gain their respect, and ignorance would have been bliss here. But either way, that was a fine way to explore how workplaces operates and how cliques help it thrive and all of this led to one delightful episode. Because this one offered up many of the reasons that we tune into this type of story. Since it had quirky characters abound, including a lovely cameo from Nico Santos from Superstore fame, it mocked some elements of the workplace in a brilliant and respectful manner and above all… it truly reminded us of the nature of work, regardless of our career field and that led to some amazing jokes as well. The kind that truly put big smiles on our faces as the comedic chops of this cast shined and it also, left us eager for more of this budding new series. Since it clearly is going to deliver on its promises to take us inside the world of medicine like never before, and it will be interesting to see what other aspects of that field it showcases as season one continues along. Until next time. Watch ‘St. Denis Medical’
