SyFy’s ‘Recipe for Disaster’ Event Kicks Off Thursday, August 25th

One particular aspect of watching television that is always a genuine treat, is when a network decides to do a week of themed programming. Because not only does it mean that we are about to treated to hand-picked shows that fit the theme, but it also means we are likely building up to the premiere of something special. Either a unique episode of a show, or a series or season premiere and that is just, a true present for tuning in. One that is always worth our time and as time goes on, we are starting to see more networks resurrect this type of event. Simply because television audiences have made it clear how much they enjoy it and desire it and it just so happens that Peacock and SyFy are about to team up for one.

For it was recently announced that SyFy is about to kick off their ‘Recipe for Disaster’ Event. A six-night event that will feature all kinds of epic disaster-themed programming, designed to lead into the cable premiere of Peacock’s The End is Nye. A show hosted by Bill Nye that explores various elements regarding global disasters that keep us up at night, and well… the good news… is that we won’t be waiting all that much longer to enjoy this event. For the ‘Recipe for Disaster’ Event gets underway in a couple of days, August 25th, 2022, to be exact and well… to build more anticipation for this fun event, here is the programming schedule and a teaser for the event, courtesy of SyFy and Peacock.
