After all, the Federal Government finally released footage of UAPs (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena), making it appear that all the theorists about such matters were right, and they are of course all over the news. Since there are certain grown adults, spouting them on national television as though they are gospel. Leading people to look into them a little more, and that means the time is right… to bring them back to television and film and explore their folly and what makes them so enticing to some. In fact, Apple TV+, is ready and set to dive into this world. For recently they announced that in January they will be home to a new conspiracy thriller entitled, Prime Target. Which will offer up an engaging and unique plot that will indeed draw us into the world of conspiracies and their power and perhaps… toy with what it might look like if the worst ones were real. And since you’re eager to know more about this series, we have all the details on the plot, the release date and some first-look photos for you to enjoy, as we prepare to plunge into a strange world where nothing is what it seems. ‘Apple TV+ announced the premiere date for the new conspiracy thriller “Prime Target” starring SAG Award winner Leo Woodall (“The White Lotus,” “One Day”) and Quintessa Swindell (“Black Adam,” “In Treatment”). Created by award-winning writer Steve Thompson (“Sherlock,” “Vienna Blood”) who also serves as executive producer, the new drama is produced for Apple TV+ by New Regency with Ridley Scott’s Scott Free Productions. The eight episode series will premiere globally on Apple TV+ on January 22, 2025, with the first two episodes, followed by one episode weekly, every Wednesday through March 5, 2025. “Prime Target” features a brilliant young math postgraduate, Edward Brooks (played by Woodall), on the verge of a major breakthrough. If he succeeds in finding a pattern in prime numbers, he will hold the key to every computer in the world. Soon he begins to realize an unseen enemy is trying to destroy his idea before it’s even born, which throws him into the orbit of Taylah Sanders, a female NSA agent (played by Swindell) who’s been tasked with watching and reporting on mathematicians' behavior. Together they start to unravel the troubling conspiracy Edward is at the heart of.
