Written by ScottyNowadays there is always something happening around us at all times. Even when you try to take a break from it, it always seems to find a way to drag you back. There may not be a way to keep everything away from you, but there are ways to keep it from finding you. Being able to turn off your devices for a day, week or month might sound impossible for many people, since these are the only things keeping you tied to the world, but when it gets to be too much, this might be the first thing that needs to go. Scott Turner is having a problem in keeping his favorite client happy, but with a flat tire, he will not be going anywhere soon. Waiting for the tow truck to arrive, Scott backs into the woods to clear his mind, but he finds that he is not able to find his way back to the road. Seeing a house in the distance, Scott arrives and tries to get some information from Marisa who is staying there, but he comes to find out, she was lost in the woods as well. With none of their electronics working and no power in the house, the two are trapped in a little slice of paradise away from the world, but it might not be what they are really looking for. Walking in the woods together, Scott and Marisa see that there is no way in leaving this place. Finding that they have feelings for each other, Marisa has become very happy with her new home and her new love, but Scott is still thinking about his past life and wants to get back to it. Burning her wallet, and her past, Marisa takes the next step in accepting that the two will be lost away from the world for a long while and would not change it for anything. Scott reluctantly takes the same vow, but does not know if it is the right thing that he should be doing. On a beautiful afternoon, Scott and Marisa receive a visitor who shows up from the woods. Ricki is lost as well, but her phone seems to keep her connected to the outside world and this raises questions between the new lovers. Marisa wants nothing to do with the technology and loves the life that the two have made for each other, but now with Ricki on the scene, she wants nothing more than to be left alone. As the days move on, Ricki voices her hatred for the solitude that the home offers as she wants to get back to the real world, but cannot find her way back to the highway no matter what she tries. Then strange things start to happen around the house that have never happened before as poisonous insects and snakes find their way into the formerly happy home. As Ricki continues to push the buttons of the two people that have taken her in, her true goal is to make one of them snap to lose the paradise that was created for them, the only question is who will succumb to their old life first. The classic Adam and Eve scenario given a new twist as only The Twilight Zone can do. Watching as Scott and Marisa are able to change their lives to live in their new conditions then let it all go when the option of connecting back to their old lives arises, it is great to see who is the stronger of the two. I really liked Ricki in this storyline as she has the ability to manipulate her care givers into doing something that they would normally not want to do. With the promise of riches on the outside world, it would be difficult to say no to make it back, if even for a moment to say goodbye to everyone, but there is no perfect world, especially when you want the better of two different lives.

Written by ScottyIt is difficult for many people to stay motivated at work and even more so at life. With so many detractors bringing people down, I can see why the outlook seems to be so bleak for some people, and I have tried my hardest to make sure they know there is something good on the horizon. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not, but either way I am happy to see a rare smile on people’s faces when all is said and done. I may not be the most motivated all of the time while at work with all of the other issues that are going on, but I do try and make sure that my other co-workers understand how much they mean to me and my success, so they should keep up the good work as well. Charlie Stickney is loved by everyone at work, especially his boss because he will not stand up for himself. Needing to find a file by three o’clock, Charlie is under a time crunch, but has a new motivational doll to help him stay on task. But there is something different about this doll as it starts to talk like it is answering what Charlie has previously said, and Charlie is not the only one that hears it, as the HR rep Linda hears that she has ‘nice buns’ while walking away. Keeping Charlie in line, his boss Rick lets his employee in on what the situation is. A batch of birth control pills were mislabeled and expired before they hit the shelf. Needing the cover-up to prevent a massive recall that would have cost the company money and lawsuits, Rick needs to re-date the manifest before the board of directors finds out. Offering Charlie a promotion if he is able to locate the file before the meeting, Rick has his employee right where he wants him. But the Mr. Motivation doll is not having it and tries to make Charlie come clean about what is going on. As Charlie and the doll go head to head, Charlie decides that the promotion will be better for him and stops listening to the doll and throws it down the trash chute. Getting called into Rick’s office immediately, the doll is standing on his boss’s desk with a note attached. Thinking that Charlie might try to blackmail him for the birth control scandal, Rick brings his own bread to the table by not allowing the pushover to go on a date with the woman of his dreams. When Linda shows she is displeased with her date not having a backbone and Mr. Motivation stops talking to him, Charlie knows that it is time to act. Rushing into Rick’s office to find the documents he was helping to cover-up, Charlie is now in the driver’s seat and ready to go. Rick will not allow anything to happen to his job and makes sure that the office sees what happens if somebody crosses him. Thank goodness for Mr. Motivation when all is said and done as he will not let the evil in the office prevail. This is a great episode for anyone that has ever had to work for a boss that made them do something that seemed a little seedy. Although it might not be the best advice to stand up to them and say no all of the time, if they are asking you to do something that is not right by your ethics, it is worth voicing your concern. It was great seeing Charlie change in a matter of seconds when everything he fought so hard to get was quickly taken away from him. Mr. Motivation would have a great home in anyone’s office, keeping the folks in line with some good sayings and when they are getting pushed around, a quick slap to the face to make sure that they stand up for themselves. I wish this doll was available for everyone, then it would not be so exhausting to try and keep the positive attitude flowing all of the time. Written by ScottyThere is one thing that would change the world and that is all of us being at peace with each other. If there is no fighting, no back stabbing, no need to protect one’s self, things might be drastically different. With no need to produce the next big weapon or to kill anyone, the defense budget would be next to nothing, but would that be a good thing? What if someone was willing to break that treaty to take over the people that are not prepared for it? What if there was no way in stopping the master mind that put this all into motion if they only had one purpose in their sights…to rule the world. Lieutenant Jeffrey Freed is being forced to leave his wife and newborn son for the day as he has been called into action. With no need to maintain a security force for over fifty years, those days are now behind mankind since the Kreetor is back on the loose and killing again. As the security force is only made up of volunteers, it is hard to know how they will perform in the field and with Lt. Freed in command, he is worried about the outcome of their hunting trip. With nobody knowing what the Kreetor looks like, much less what it is, Freed’s group is in for a life changing event. Splitting up in the woods to try and find any traces of the monster that is roaming nearby, the group finds nothing, but a Private goes missing during the search. Calling in the loss of a man, Freed is told to move on with the mission. But Freed’s team does not agree with leaving their friend behind and try to go off on their own to find him, allowing the Kreetor to snag another pair of human trophies. Knowing that they will be picked off one by one if they separate, Lt. Freed and Sgt. Yarrow decide to stick together and continue their mission to find and kill the Kreetor. Finding their men’s bodies strung up, the two are surprised to see that the beast is following them. Separating for their own safety, Freed finds that his Sergeant has been taken as well, but being able to track the beasts movements, he is able to locate her before it is too late. While trying to cut her down, Freed is knocked out by the Kreetor and taken back to a cave where the monster resides. Looking around and seeing candles lit everywhere, Freed sees the beast he has been afraid of all this time appears to be a human woman. Only wanting to save his wife, the Kreetor brought Freed into his home to stop the bleeding so she would survive child birth. Accusing the Kreetor of killing his friends, the monster is forced to show Freed what he really is, but this might not be as big of a reveal as the Kreetor thought. After watching this, you are left to wonder what it truly means to be alive. I like how the Kreetor tries to explain who and what he is, but his new opponent Freed can care less about it. Wanting to abolish the threat that the Kreetor brings to his world, he wants to make the world a safe place once again. Knowing what they are, this story is about a battle between two races, both trying to survive the best way they can. The two civilizations have been able to live beside each other for over fifty years, but when the truce is broken by one man who wants the world back, the outcome is a very different than he expected. I liked the ending since you have no idea who is who when the episode begins and are left in shock and awe when it ends. You might not fear technology, but when it starts becoming smarter than us, we may have an issue. Written by ScottyIt can be difficult to follow through with promises, especially if you do not believe in them. It makes me wonder why you would make that sort of promise if your heart is not behind it, no matter the reason. I know one reason is to make others feel better, but when you break that promise, it hurts you as much as it hurts them. A person is only as good as their word, and a promise that is broken can change how that person is viewed and even effect who they are for the entirety of their life. Ben Baker and his fiancé have made a vow to stay sex free until they are married. But that is six months down the road and Ben has urges that cannot be fulfilled by this promise. Working at a glamor magazine does not help at all as he gets to see beautiful woman all day long. Knowing that he is in need of a release, Garrett loads a virtual reality program on his computer that could save his sanity until the wedding. Plugging into Sensuous Cindy, Ben is placed with a woman that will be able to fulfill his fantasies and even after those are taken care of, he still snuggles with Cindy and gives her more of an insight into his life. Returning home to his fiancé Samantha, Ben is thinking free and clear about how he will be able to make it to his wedding day and will not try anything with her until then. All seems fine around the house that is until the phone rings with Cindy on the other side of it, wanting to see Ben again. Making a promise that he will see her in the morning, Ben pushes it off. Knowing that Cindy is only a computer program, she will not be able to stop him from living his everyday life. Cindy is persistent however and is able to move about any system in the office and when Ben tries to sneak out on her, she is able to shut down the elevator causing him to agree to anything that she asks. Calling Garret to get help in deleting the program, Ben thinks that everything will be better with Cindy out of the picture. But when seeing that Cindy has taken over Samantha’s computer as well, he will have to take more drastic measures. Not knowing what is driving the program to continue to follow him, Ben is able to get a virus written for him to take Cindy out once and for all. What he does not know is that she may be even closer than he thinks when it comes to who he loves the most. I have the hardest time working with technology these days since things are changing so fast. I don’t even know how virtual reality works, but I have seen several different articles about artificial intelligence and that frightens the heck out of me. Once a computer is able to learn and to feel, wow, there may not be a need for us humans anymore. The driving force for Cindy in this episode is to find true love and stop being used for the purpose that she was designed for, but when she finally finds that person who can be her prince charming, she is hurt by his actions. Ben is only looking for a good time and a way to release while he is being forced to stay true to his word until the wedding. I cannot believe that this would even be an option someone would take, but it just goes to show that if you break your word, it will come back to bite you in hind end. Written by Mike CervantesEpisode 5: Taming of the Screwy So the show has made it clear what its standard format is going to be. Time to go back to basics: a full half-hour with a single story focused on The Warners. The studio chairman is throwing a fancy dinner party for some Japanese foreign investors, who are prepared to give the studio a billion dollars after meeting everyone on the lot, including The Warners. It’s up to Dr. Scratchansniff to teach the Warners table manners in time for the party. Predictably, the first half of the cartoon is made up of Scratchansniff’s failed attempts to get the three of them to behave, along with a handful of Hello Nurse gags thrown in for good measure. Clearly the Warners want to go to the party, so they show Scratchy that they can behave just fine at the very end of the debacle, and blatantly say they give him such a hard time “because they love him.” Once again if he was in any way a good therapist, he could at least learn not to lose patience with the Warner’s antics because he knows it’s their way of showing him affection. The night of the party comes and The Warners are well dressed and well-mannered. The investors are clearly very bored, and only brought around by a joke spoken by Yakko in Japanese. That doesn’t stop Plotz from throwing them out before they can do any real damage. Yakko declares “I know when we should just go home, NOW is not one of those times.” After bugging the guests, playing “Turkey in the Straw” on the fiddle, starting a food fight, and sending themselves, Plotz, and Scratchansniff swinging from a chandelier, the investors show up again and are impressed with the party. Then they walk off with Madonna, while The Warners run off with Plotz’s check. On a side note, outside of the boardroom a man holding a script says “It was a chicken, I tell you, a giant chicken!” This is a running catchphrase in the Chicken Boo shorts, spoken before Chicken Boo was even introduced. Adult Jokes and Neat Moments: -Scratchansniff: "Stop playing with my bust!" Yakko: "Goodnight everybody!" -Ralph stops Robert Patrick as the T-1000 from entering the black tie event in a policeman’s outfit. He melts into liquid metal and emerges in a tux. -Michelle Pfeiffer, in full Catwoman costume, asks the Warner Brothers if they are “like the studio.” Yakko replies “Not much, but we’re kinda stuck with it.” Wow, Yakko got real. Written by John Edward BetancourtTHIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM...YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...AMC's Feed the Beast is quickly becoming an intriguing television show for the most unlikely of reasons. In the short time that it has been on the air, it's done a phenomenal job of putting together intelligent and thought provoking thematic concepts that the characters explore through and through. The first two episodes took an in depth look at what a second chance really looks like when there's solid opportunity to screw it up while at the same time exploring the meaning of family and unity. Last night's episode, 'Screw You, Randy', decided it was time to challenge Dion and Tommy further in their quest to open Thirio by taking an in depth look at the nit and grit of what it means to chase one's dream and how important that dream can be to others and well, this turned out to be one engrossing episode that one more allowed Jim Sturgess and David Schwimmer to shine and it managed to advance the plot at a breakneck pace, something that was sorely missing from the first two episodes. So with all that mind, how does a show go about analyzing the pursuit of a dream? By energizing your characters. Because really, the highlight of this episode is Dion and the manic joy that came with finally being able to see Thirio come to life. Armed with $75k of start up money from Tommy's father, Dion basically went hog wild with the money, piecing together a wonderful kitchen, a top notch staff...and of course burning through the cash in the process which led to our darker side of the story, which we will get to in a moment. Because in the process of putting together the restaurant, Tommy managed to inspire Pilar to chase the dream as well since she volunteered to become Thirio's new manager. Granted this could be part of a push to become Tommy's new love as well, but in the here and the now the fact she is willing to do it for free and cares legitimately about expenses just goes to show how much the notion of Thirio is beginning to inspire others. But, let's go back to the money for a moment because this is where the show delved a little deeper on the chase of the dream by asking our characters exactly how far they would go to make this dream happen and well, with their cash depleted thanks to Dion's spending spree, there was no money left for the fine wines they would need to pair with their outstanding dishes. This led Dion to head off on a mission to simply steal it from Tommy's old boss and while one would expect Tommy to not go along with this, once all was said and done, he was willing to go that extra mile and let whatever happens, happen and now we know that both these men are willing to do whatever it takes to see Thirio come to life and well, let's be honest...it's only a matter of time before this comes back to haunt them. Yet while this episode focused squarely on the pursuit of the dream, it gave us quite the grand hint of how difficult it will also be for these two men to continue to achieve it seeing as to how the mob is still going to be an ongoing issue since ten grand of that startup money went to The Tooth Fairy and he forced Dion to keep a ton of cocaine hidden away for a Mob rainy day; and to top it all off, the contract that Pilar warned Dion about truly is a deal with the devil when all is said and done. Because while Tommy's father Aidan sees the potential of Thirio, he clearly doesn't trust either of them to make it successful since he hired a Chef, effectively demoting Dion in the process. Either way, this show is quickly growing on me and it should be interesting to see what kind of conflict Aidan's decision is about to bring about. Until next time. Written by ScottyEveryone has had a string of bad luck, but most of the time things start to look up after a while. But what if things do not start looking up and you are stuck in a downward spiral? You hope that there is some way to break the string of bad luck, but most of the time, it has to come from someone else. Always keep looking forward, since bad luck cannot last forever and you never know what you might find if you are only looking into the past. Vince Hansen is have a bad week. First he lost his job and then he lost his girlfriend Lea as well. Needing to find a way to break free of his bad luck, Vince has to try and find a new job so he can pay his bills and Lea back for all of the money she has lent him. When Muriel and Michael come knocking, Vince is in no mood to listen to anything that they have to say, but they give him their pitch anyway. Saying that he is chosen, Vince will have opportunities greater than he could ever imagine, but believing they are part of some sort of cult, Vince bids them a fine day. Vince was not left empty handed however, receiving a DVD from the missionaries. Watching the DVD, Vince feels very uncomfortable about what is being said, since the man on the screen seems to know everything about his past and present. Bringing his neighbor Speedy his weekly groceries, Vince hears that Michael and Muriel have been hitting the entire neighborhood with their message and giving out tapes to everyone. Before being able to discuss what was on the videos, Vince heads off to an old friend to get a job, but when he gets the boot out of the building, he is shutting himself down once again. Seeing another group of missionaries working the streets, Vince hears that the end is near and will have to stop the crazed group of he thinks may be aliens from kidnapping anyone, including himself. Not paying attention to all of the news reports about missing people and the world powers at each other’s throats for the satellite blackout, Vince is only concerned with his lack of work. Getting cleaned up, he watches as Speedy is greeted by Muriel and Michael and taken into his home and vaporized. Calling the police, Vince tells them what he has seen and the two missionaries had to have been behind his best friend’s disappearance. When talking to the Special Agent in charge, Vince truly believes that the missing people are being abducted by aliens and has to prepare for the worst if they come back. Trying to gather Lea, Vince sees that she has already been brainwashed and barricades himself in his house, hoping to be left alone. But Muriel and Michael are persistent and will not leave without one of their chosen people, that is until shots are fired. Looking at the story as a whole, it is actually more depressing than what has been put on the screen. Vince just needs a chance to do something good and even with the breakup between him and Lea, she still loves him and wants to be with him. But Vince is blinded by what he has heard on the streets and what the Special Agent is not saying. Becoming paranoid, Vince believes that the missionaries are out to get him, but when he finds out who they really are, it is sad to watch as he is left on his own while the world powers flex their nuclear muscles. Even if you are down on your luck, it will end eventually and make sure to keep your eyes open, there may be someone or something that can change it for the better, but you have to accept it. Written by John Edward BetancourtTHIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM...YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...We are now three episodes into AMC's Preacher and while the show has been a wild and unique ride, an interesting issue is starting to plague the show...it's actually trying to do wayyyyyyyy too much with the story. Think about it for a moment. Last week we opened up in 1881 to meet a mysterious cowboy before the plot shifted back to present day and this week we met a mysterious man in a white suit before moving on to something completely different. On both occasions we never revisited or discussed these plot points and dropping those kinds of mysteries on us like they're nothing adds a little frustration when it comes to watching this series. It doesn't make Preacher a bad show by any means, it just means that the plot is moving a lot slower than expected and at some point, there's a fair chance that will frustrate all the fans, this writer included because well...we're all waiting for something important to happen and the irony is, the show is fully capable of moving at a brisk pace and giving us answers because this week's entry, 'The Possibilities' did bother to finally address a couple of key issues; what kind of man Jesse really is deep down and it gave us a taste of what happened to him when it comes to his past. This episode more or less picked up right where we left off last week as we discovered that Jesse's attempt to get that young lady to open her eyes worked like a charm, leading Jesse to realize what kind of power he truly possesses at last. It also led to a wonderful sequence where he tests out his newfound ability on Cassidy with hilarious results, and well, despite the laughs we saw a little glimmer in Jesse's eyes because he understands he can pretty much do whatever he wants with this. But before he could figure out how exactly to wield this power, we found out what Tulip has been up to and why she is so hell bent on getting Jesse to do this job with her. It turns out she is on an errand of revenge, one that involves Jesse as well because at some point in the past, she and Jesse did a job with a man named Carlos who just so happened to abandon them in the middle of what looked like a robbery. Tulip wants him to pay for what he's done and for a moment there she gets Jesse to go along with her. But a chance encounter at a gas station in the middle of nowhere changes Jesse's mind. A humiliated Donnie followed the two of them in the hopes of confronting the Preacher and humiliate him as well at gunpoint, but the power within allowed Jesse to handle the tense situation, and potentially gave him an opportunity to deal with Donnie once and for all. But Jesse took the high road and that's quite the big deal. Sure there's still a little darkness within the man, but he's able to resist it and that means whatever power he has obtained will likely be used for a greater cause, because there is clearly a lot of good within him. What exactly...well we still don't know, but hopefully the show starts moving the story more like this as the weeks progress, especially considering the fact that the two mystery men who want what is inside Jesse appear to be from Heaven, or so they claim and this episode also raised a question on Cassidy's loyalty, since he seems inclined to help them. Either way, here's to hoping we get more plot points resolved and mysteries answered because what was settled this week, was absolutely fantastic. Until next time. Written by ScottySometimes it is difficult to find something that you are good at. Most people spend their lives trying to find that one thing that they enjoy and turn it into a career. Sadly, most of us are not able to do that, we may have things that we enjoy, but it is not something that we can get paid to do. For instance, I have a love for drawing, but discovered at a young age that I do not have the talent to put what I see in my head on a canvas. It would be a dream come true once this is able to work for me, but until then, I will stick with what I am good at, I think I know what that is right now. Officer Eric Boggs and Angela Perry are out on patrol when they get a call about a women screaming in an alley way. Making it to the scene, Boggs sees young Carla being held at knifepoint and fearing for her life. Her pimp, Rigo Valentine is upset with her current production and needs more out of her and when the police arrive, all bets are off. Preaching about what a great man he is, Rigo knows that his life is more than just the mortal flesh, since he is the judge, jury and executioner, he is ready for the next step. Before Rigo is able to cut Carla’s throat, Boggs pulls the trigger saving the young woman, but he has no idea what he is in for next. As homicide takes over the scene, Boggs gets a call on his cell phone from Rigo, calling for his revenge. Boggs has to get ahold of himself as his partner is starting to fear that he is losing himself. Driving Carla back to her home, Boggs finds out that she is the younger sister of one of his childhood friends. Wanting to make sure she will be ok, Boggs reaches out to have her contact him if she has any problems, but working the streets is her game and there is little that she will want from him. At home, Boggs receives another phone call from Rigo, this one promising that he will kill Carla on this night. Walking the streets around where Carla is working, Boggs and Angela have no idea what they are looking for and have to call it a night. Shortly after, Carla is found dead on the sidewalk and Boggs has nobody other than himself to blame for her death. Knowing that the calls he is getting are legit, Boggs has to use his station resources to find out where they are coming from since Rigo has been dead all of this time. The phone calls don’t stop for him in the meantime, but now Carla is speaking on the other side. Needing help to get away from Rigo, Carla is begging for her life and Boggs is the only one that protect her. Finding out that the phone calls are coming from the pay phone in the ally way where Rigo was killed, Boggs loads up and makes his way back to the scene of the crime. Arriving at the phone and calling for Rigo to make an appearance, Boggs is surprised to see the dead pimp and his hostage once again, but this time Rigo has one thing on his mind and that is to take Boggs out of the picture. I really liked how this episode played out in the end. It was difficult to tell if Boggs was losing his mind or if Rigo was really making the calls. The question was asked frequently while the story played out and in true Twilight Zone fashion, the truth is revealed. I wish there was a little more story between Boggs and Carla before she died, might have made her death a little bit more traumatic, but hey, it is only a half hour show. Boggs loved his job, his neighborhood beat and everyone around him. To protect them is what he signed up for and if he cannot do it in the land of the living, he might have to find a way to do it from the beyond. There is fear in the unknown, but if you have your road map with you, it is not as hard to navigate. Written by John Edward BetancourtThe season finale, is a tricky, tricky venture since a television show has to wrap up every thread and nuance that it has presented to its audience all season long in around thirty to sixty minutes. If it can pull that off, then it's remembered as a true gem in the series and if it cannot well...the ire of the fans will come calling. Thankfully, the first season finale of True Detective; "Form and Void", managed to deliver on all fronts. All the answers we were waiting for popped up in this story and well, any way you slice it, this was a spectacular episode through and through, it was an absolutely thrilling tale that gave us a proper and satisfying ending for Hart and Cohle's journey and perhaps the biggest surprise of all, this was a damn scary episode, one that kept me on the edge of my seat courtesy of some wonderful writing when it came to the mysterious murderer that these two men have been after for years. After all, introducing the killer of this story and making him a complete and colorful character in an hour's timeframe is quite the challenge, but the show rose to the occasion and introduced us to one disturbing and disgusting man in Errol Childress. It turns out the undocumented son of William Childress was more than happy to hide away from the world when he wasn't committing murder by living deep in the Bayou, in a house filled to the brim with garbage with his little sweetheart that just so happens to be related to him and to make matters worse (yes, that's possible) Errol has his father's corpse on display in a work shed where he is happy to visit his pappy and chat it up on a regular basis. Those little tidbits were enough to establish just how disturbed this man truly is and just how much danger Hart and Cohle were going to be in. It led to one incredible showdown between the two Detectives and they finally closed in on Errol thanks to revisiting a lead they missed ages ago and this is when the show dove right into terrifying territory since the entire chase through what turned out to be Carcosa was the stuff of nightmares. Between the piles of soiled and bloody clothing and the large amount of scattered bones and mummified remains of human beings, there was nothing comforting about this chase. It really seemed as though these two men were walking into a trap from which they would never exit and considering how ugly that final battle was between the surprisingly strong Childress before the throne of The Yellow King, well it only made me believe this was the end for Hart and Cohle until a bullet from Rust's gun found its way into the monster's head. It made for another grand surprise considering the subject matter of this tale...a happy ending. This is a season that went to the darkest of places, places that most stories will never go and yet it ended on a beautiful and hopeful note. One where all was right in the world, seeing as to how peace was made between Hart, his wife and his daughters, and the fact that Rust made peace with the demons within and most importantly...peace was made for the dead. Either way, what an absolutely stellar finale, and it was great to see Rust and Martin complete an incredible journey, and finally become the heroes we knew they could be by helping the light...conquer the dark. Until next time. |
