For this season’s storytelling leans into the classic zaniness that was present in the original show, while offering up stories with real heart and depth. Giving rise to the perfect hybrid of old and new for this ‘New Boot’ and its wonder doesn’t end there. Because we’ve also been treated to special episodes such as the Holiday Special that recently aired, and what awaits us come next Tuesday, is pretty amazing. For earlier today, NBC let it be known that Night Court is going to offer up a Comic-Con themed episode on Tuesday, January 30, 2024. One that will see Dan learn about the world of nerds that geek, when New York Comic-Con arrives in town and to celebrate how epic this story is going to be, they released a bevy of new images for the episode. The kind that are indeed as nerdy as they come and offer up a Star Trek throwback for John Larroquette. One that we will break down further in our recap next week. Meanwhile, Abby is forced to confront the fact that she might actually dislike someone when a childhood “friend” (Jessica St. Clair) comes to visit. Cosplay in the court? Dan gains a whole new perspective into the world of Comic-Con and it’s anything but a usual night in court on the hilarious new episode airing Tuesday, Jan. 30 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
