Denver Comic Con has given all of us an early Christmas present by surprising everyone with early announcements and even ticket prices well in advance of the convention. So without further ado, here is all the awesome info you need to know about Denver Comic Con 2014, for right now that is...because there is more to come! TICKETSLet's start off with what everyone is dying to know...how much and when can I buy them? Well here's the good news, tickets go on sale MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2013. You'll be able to pick up the standard adult three day pass for only $50, while tickets for children 12 and under only run $10. There will also be an option to pick up the new SPEED PASS which will allow DCC fans to get quicker access to the convention's activities. That's the only information we have on the speed pass for right now, more info will arrive when tickets go on sale. Just keep checking back with www.denvercomiccon.com for those details. Make sure you get your passes early this year and please don't forget that your money goes to an amazing cause, helping fund Comic Book Classroom, an amazing program that helps children learn to read and write. THE GUESTS...SO FARMICHAEL ROOKER That's right ladies and gentlemen...one of The Walking Dead's most popular characters will be in Denver next year! In addition to taking the world by storm as Merle Dixon, Michael has enjoyed a rich acting career. He's been in such cult classics as Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer and Slither and we will all see him on the big screen again next year as Yondu in Guardians of the Galaxy. WALTER KOENIG Denver Comic Con has managed to bring in one Star Trek legend after another and this year will be no different when Pavel Chekov himself; Walter Koenig, takes the stage! WALTER JONES & DAVID YOST That's right everyone, two Power Rangers will be in attendance this year! Walter and David have over 350 episodes of this legendary show under their belt and will likely have some incredible stories to tell! COLLEEN DORAN If you've read Elfquest or Sandman than you are familiar with Colleen's incredible work. In addition to working on those legendary pieces of art, she is the creator of A Distant Soil and her work is currently featured in the DC Comics mag; The Vampire Diaries. PETER TOMASI Peter is a veteran comic book writer and editor. You've likely read his stories in Batman and Robin, The Outsiders, Blackest Night, Brightest Day & Green Lantern: Emerald Warriors.
