The announcement was made by Realm’s CEO and co-founder, Molly Barton. A prolific storyteller known for her ability to create new worlds and who made her mark with The Southern Vampire Mysteries, a provocative series of novels adapted into HBO’s mega-hit “True Blood,” Harris has sold close to 40 million copies over the course of her career as a novelist and is the only author to have ever had nine books at the same time on The New York Times bestseller list. Harris joins an impressive roster of established writers, playwrights,and emerging voices that have joined forces with Realm, a company that will celebrate the year-anniversary of their launch into podcasting this spring.
