If you do not believe in something that others do, it is not wise to mock or make fun of it. Just go along with the flow, you never really know what has led them to their respective beliefs. With so many ghost hunting reality shows out there, I have a hard time distinguishing what is real and what is made up. I know if nothing scary happens on the show, ratings drop like a brick. Not everything can be caught on camera, this I have seen with my own eyes, but that is a discussion for another day.
Harold is having a tough time with his recent breakup and needs to do something to clear his head. With his old college buddies doing their ghost hunting show S.P.I.T., Harold thinks that doing a documentary on the show will help him get free of his funk. On their way to meet with Bill, Tim is ready to show his buddy a good time, but the surprises he has in store make Harold second guess what is really happening. Bill is a special effects wizard and shows the boys firsthand what he can do with enough prep time. Talking to the camera, Harold finds out that all of the scares on the show have been manufactured by this legend.
Arriving at the S.P.I.T. offices, Harold also sees that the meat of the show is cut together in the editing room and after a brief meeting with Julie, their prized producer, he is going to be privy to seeing what actually happens on their ghost hunts. Arriving at Hollows Grove Orphanage and seeing the caretaker's concern about letting the group in, Tim is able to convince the old man to open the door against his will. Entering the old building with a disturbing past, the group is ready to get their footage and get out as soon as possible. But that is easier said than done when their camera man Chad is tripped down a flight of stairs. Knowing that the show comes first, Harold becomes the lead cameraman and sees what really happens in Hollows Grove when the sun goes down.
Usually I would go a bit longer with the storyline, but I would hate to give anything away if you have yet to see this movie. It is another one of the Found Footage movies that bring the scares out right when they need to. I liked the dynamic of the S.P.I.T. team and how they all play off of each other, no matter what crappy situation they are put into. But the ultimate payoff if when they find out that the building is really haunted and they have no way of combating the spirits that are roaming the halls. Some great shock scares and the camera work is not as shaky as some other movies of this genre, so it ranks right up there with some of the better Found Footage movies in my memory. Stay Scared.

Jerry and Linda Novak are on their way to Arkham Sanitarium after getting a stressed out message from their buddy Mark. Mark has been able to gain access to the old building and is dying to find something supernatural there so he can take his fame to the next level. But without Jerry, his scientist and Linda his sensitive, he may run into more problems than he bargained for. Nonetheless, Mark is alone in the old building and is working on all of the shots he can get to make this into one of the greatest videos he has ever been a part of.
When arriving at the sanitarium, Jerry and Linda see that Mark is there, but are not able to locate him inside of the building. Jerry is fed up with Mark and his actions to this point, so he will start filming his own investigation with his wife. When getting nothing from an EVP session, Jerry is ready to move on, but Linda gives it another try and is able to capture a demonic yell, but when she plays it back for her husband, there is nothing on the tape.
Not believing in ghosts or anything else for that matter, Jerry is ready to disprove the stories about the building, but hearing a large bang outside of the room they are investigating and sensing a feeling of dread coming towards them, the couple hightails it to the door. Not being able to open it, Jerry’s face changes and he starts to talk in a voice that Linda has never heard before.
Soon we discover that The Arkham Sanitarium was shut down twenty years ago after a Lovecraftian cult was found performing sex and death acts on the patents housed inside of the walls. With their squid god Cthulhu at the helm, they were trying to open a doorway to bring their beliefs to life in our world. With a small door to the afterlife being held open, the group of researchers find that they are not alone in the building and need to find a way out before they fall victim to whatever madness that is still walking the halls. Being chased by a servant of Cthulhu, the group has no idea what they are in for when the doorway opens up even further.
I really liked how the story started out and you are able to get to know a bit about the characters before you have to watch for a monster to come out of the shadows. The Jerry and Linda relationship is on the rocks after Linda cheated with Mark on one drunken night and Jerry will not let that go. But seeing how he is forced to change his attitude after becoming possessed and finding out that he knows nothing about what is happening around him is just a great piece to the story. Same with Linda and when it comes to Mark I learned a few things too, but I guess you cannot save them all, especially when Cthulhu is involved. Stay Scared.

One of the things that I love most about horror movies is the comedy that is sporadically added in to make light of what is happening on the screen. Now don’t get me wrong, I love the blood and scares, but you have to have something to laugh at in these movies since you are seeing the worst of the worst on screen. I am new to the Caesar and Otto movies and I must admit that I am now a bought in fan after watching their Paranormal Halloween. Shall we just jump right in then?
Caesar is an out of work actor that wants to make his impression on Hollywood, but until he is able to get some money, he is taking whatever job he can find. Finding a job being a babysitter, he is sticking to the script that he has seen in movies, especially when it comes to being a very attractive babysitter. When Otto comes over and finds his half-brother dressed up as a young woman, he wants to stay and chill, but with no boys allowed in the house, he is forced to make the transformation as well. When watching the news and hearing that a mental patent of the same name of the house owner’s escapes, the boys are ready to get out of there, but their fear has come to life, the mad killer is in the house with them. Being able to make it out of the house, the boys see their father pull up to take them to safety, but what he does not see when he pulls up is that he has run over the killer, putting everyone’s fears to bed.
Being given a key to the city for their efforts in taking out the madman, the boys are looking to make a couple of extra bucks, but the mayor will not let them sell the key since he has a different task for them. Needing someone to watch his summer home, Caesar and Otto along with their fathers have a house to live in with all of the perks that they could have ever wanted. With a gardener and a cook waiting to serve them at their convenience and ex Playboy bunnies living next to them, life is good, but there is something strange about the house itself. With everyone that has stayed in the house going crazy and killing their families, the boys think little about what could drive them crazy, they just need money and a roof over their heads. Trying to think about a way to make money while watching the house, the two see strange things happening all around them, but Caesar will not admit that the house is haunted, he just wants to get his new screenplay written and be done with it.
When Gilda warms up to him, Caesar is on top of the world and comes up with his idea for a great horror movie, but his old psychiatrist comes to him and tells him the story has already been done, and now Caesar has to find a way to come up with a better movie altogether. Talking with his neighbors about what is hot in the genre, Caesar tries to work on a found footage movie that will scare the pants off of anyone that watches it, but nothing happens while the cameras are on and he is in need of more action. All the while, the boy’s father is digging in the basement and finding old bottles of wine that could net the family a small fortune, but they continue to drink their cash cow and it may cause more of an issue than just getting them drunk. When talking to the mayor about their find, it comes out that there is a hallucinogen in the bottles that make people believe they are seeing strange things, but at the Halloween party, all hell breaks loose as guests are being taken out by an unseen killer.
It is hard not to find something that you really like out of his movie and there are many more storylines that I did not hit up in this. It is just good old fashioned fun and you get countless cameos of your favorite horror icons. I will have to catch another one of these movies in the series since it did leave quite the smile on my face when it ended and even though it is hokey, it has plenty of scares and a story that you have pay attention to make sure you did not miss one clue. It’s really a fun movie and you are not disappointed when the credits start to roll. Stay Scared.

There is one thing that nobody can take from you and that is your memories. It is your life and you have gotten through it using your memories to tell you what is right, wrong, safe and dangerous. But what if you lost all of your memories? Would you still be the same person? Without knowing who you are, much less who anyone else is around you, you may find yourself in a losing situation until you are able to start remembering what you have forgotten.
The man wakes up on a bed inside of a lifeless room when a woman comes in to take care of him. Not knowing where he is, or what happened, the woman tells him that he has been in an accident and has hurt his brain. Telling him she is his wife, the man has to believe everything that she is telling him since he cannot remember one thing from his life before waking up, but he is having a strange dream all of the time that might hold the answers to who he is and what he is doing in this strange house.
Asking questions to his wife, the man gets very short answers like she is trying to hide something from him. Not wanting to talk about her past, the woman only wants to look forward to the future. The man is thrown off by this, but there is little he is able to do since he does not know what is happening around him. Being able to get out of bed and limp around the house, the man starts to investigate when his wife is off at the store. Following the cats down to the basement, the man stumbles onto a secret that his wife did not want him to find, a dead body.
Rushing back upstairs to not be discovered, the man is knocked out by his wife and she starts to conduct shock treatment on him to make him feel happier. Becoming a prisoner in the house, the man is looking for any way to escape the clutches of whomever this woman really is. As guests start to arrive at the porch of the house, the man is able to make himself heard, but the woman of the house will not have anyone breaking up their family. With more deaths taking place, the woman promises to make it end if she is able to get pregnant. The man does not know what to do about this, but when he finds that he already has a daughter of his own, Audrey, he wants to get her to safety before the mad woman is able to harm either of them again…or so he thinks.
Pretty much a mind screw type of a movie and if you pay close attention, you are able to pick up a couple clues that will lead you to the ending. But you have to really be paying attention to find them. I am still in shock on how the story played out and when you start seeing the woman basically torturing the man, you are not too sure that the couple is really together. That is where the mind screw truly comes into play and with the minimal items around the house, you are able to tell that there is something behind what they were planning to do. With a small yet powerful cast, you are not left wanting anything more from this movie as it ties up all the loose ends when you don’t expect it. Stay Scared.

THIS IS THE EMERGENCY SPOILER ALERT SYSTEM...YOU ARE ADVISED TO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK...
Can we just take a minute to appreciate Lucifer dressed as Santa in Rowena's dream!? Because that was utterly amazing. I don't care what anyone says, that's the best thing to ever happen. Crowley getting a Sam Winchester POP! figure, even better. It's the best Christmas ever! I always love how Supernatural caters to their fans in the best ways. This episode was basically a ton of fun with a lot of feels. Alright, that's basically every episode ever. But, really. Sam being in hell with Luci is kind of bad.
What I really liked was how the episode started with a bit of fun. Granted it's not all fun and games. Still, it was oddly nice to have a slightly lighter tone around the heaviness of the topic. Lucifer taking Sam down a walk of memory lane was kind of sad in a lot of ways. The constant belittling of Sam's previous actions was kind of cruel. But the devil is anything if not tricky like that. Beating Sam's will power down was just as easy as walking for the once beloved angel. Sadly for me, I didn't like any of it. Poor Moose! I will say, his amazing monologue on how he wouldn't give in to Lucifer was, well, magic! That's the moose we know and love! Even if it kind of back fired.....
The scene with Castiel meeting Ambriel was adorable. However, her getting eating by Amara was more than just sad. The little angel had only been on screen for a short time, but she made a lasting impression. At least Amara didn't hurt our Cas! Could you even imagine losing Castiel for real? Me either. Let's be honest, that wouldn't happen. It's bad enough we lost Gabriel, which I'm still in denial over. Amara's little message being carved into poor Cas's chest....that wasn't very nice! But, you know, it did make the whole thing more ominous.
The highlight, aside from the opening, was definitely the fight between Sam, Dean, Cas, and Lucifer. Look, we all knew Lucifer was powerful and strong, and did I mention powerful? But damn! Two well trained hunters and one angel didn't even stand a chance! Crowley and the Witch catcher (thanks to Billy) saved the day! Also! Billy is back! Guys!!! I know I shouldn't, but I adore her. She's one of the few reapers. aside from Tessa, we actually get to see. Granted, she's so not on Team Winchester's side, but she's awesome in her own way. I love seeing her, even for the short time. And Crowley calling Dean and betraying Rowena? Kind of epic, but we know Crowley is friends with the boys, even if he denies it. They may fight, but Crowley is still one of my favorite characters, for this very reason. At least we trust he'll always take care of himself.
Geeking out about this episode just reminds me as to why I love this show. Sam and Dean saving the world with Cas and even Crowley? Okay, sure, but Amara surviving the mega smite, bad. But she's a fun antagonist. Plus, I feel there's a lot there we need to really....well, know. Either way! Holy cow you guys! That ending! I can't even with all the emotions! Cas is now Lucifer!? How does that work!! He's an angel! Right? Can an angel inhabit another angels body's!? Apparently! And Sam and Dean have no clue! And Crowley finally got to know why Rowena hated him, only to watch her be killed by Lucifer, who is now Cas! I can't! And we have to wait an entire week to find out what happens! Guys! No!

There are questions out there that nobody should have to answer, but in some instances, you may need to think about it. With how difficult it is to live our everyday life, you might experience the discomfort of having to think about it on another level. Being asked the question of who lives and who dies, you will see where your allegiances lie, but should you ever really have to choose? If you are put into a situation where it is your life and wellbeing or someone else’s, someone that you have feelings for, who would you give the free pass to, yourself or someone else?
Cameron’s life is far from where he expected it to be at this point, especially when his mother moved him and his niece back to their grandparent’s home. With Cameron’s sister Caitlin being strung out on drugs all of the time, Angie has found a home with her grandmother and favorite Uncle. But the house is far from inviting since Cameron’s Uncle Joey is a drunken mess and his grandparents are not very helpful around the house. Cameron knows that Angie needs her mother more than ever after being shacked up in the house and when Cameron’s mom heads out of town, he has the perfect opportunity to make it happen for the little girl.
Arriving at Caitlin’s apartment, Cameron notices that the neighbors are fighting about something but his sister begs him to let it be. Hearing a crash on the other side of the wall, Cameron jumps into action to help with whatever is happening. Seeing a woman in hysterics, Cameron tries to understand what is happening and when he sees little Angie walk into the baby's room and the door shut suddenly behind her, he knows something is amiss. When the door opens, he sees his niece standing against the wall in shame, but when he sees what is in her eyes, he knows that there is something sinister happening to her and needs to find the solution, especially before his mother gets home.
When conventional methods do not seem to be helping his niece, Cameron heads back to his sister's neighbor’s apartment and finds out what is really happening. Being possessed by a demon that feeds off of the souls of children, Cameron is on a tight timetable and must sacrifice six blood relatives in six days to save the little girl. If this does not happen, Angie will be taken to the depths of hell and feasted on by the demon for all eternity. With this being an exhausting undertaking, Cameron is faced with the question of which loved one’s will be sacrificed to save his niece, but the first one is handed to him when he discovers his grandma is lying on the floor when he returns home. Putting the mark on her, he sees the beast come out from under the bed to claim its prize, but with only a limited amount of time, Cameron will need to work fast and decide which one of his family members will go next.
I like the premise of the story, it seems like something that a demon would love to do, have someone kill in its name or claim a great bounty. It was good to see how Cameron had to deal with the decisions he was forced to make to save the life of his innocent niece. With so many family members that seem to have issues with everyone that lives in the house, you would think it would be easy to identify which ones would go, but it was not a task that came easy to Cameron and it was nice to see him think long and hard about it. I would hate to have to come to the decision of who will have to die to allow someone to live, I am pretty sure I would fail at the test. The movie did a great job at showing how families should stick together, even in the worst situations imaginable. Stay Scared.

It is hard to find someone you can trust these days, but there are some people that you might consider family that you will go to with any problem. You never know what your friends or family will do with the information that you provide them and they should at least listen to make sure that there is something to your stories. If they don’t even try to fathom what you are telling them, there may be a separation that is needed, since you should never have to prove yourself to a member of your family. Knowing what is wrong and what is right in your own mind, your loved ones are the ones that should have your back no matter what and if they don’t, you may need to start looking for replacements.
Ed is worried about his little brother Martin and wants to have an intervention with his sister there. But Lyla is not too happy about how Ed is going about getting support for his cause. Listening to the message that Martin had left on his machine, Ed fears that his post-traumatic stress has gotten the best of him and he may have to go back to the doctor for further evaluation. But when arriving at the lake house away from the world, Ed and Lyla see that Martin is far beyond gone, but when listening to his stories, he might actually be on to something.
Martin has wrapped his house up to keep any signals from entering or leaving the premises and knows that it is working since nobody has come to the home. When seeing his brother and sister, he fears for their safety and begs them to turn around and leave the house, but when they refuse, Martin opens up about what he knows. Being in the service, Martin claims that he was tested on while on the battle field and now he has found one of the other test subjects in the woods. Bringing the pod into the house, Martin is sure that the basement will keep it secure and he will be able to protect the outside world from it. As Lyla is starting to believe what Martin is saying after seeing some evidence that might be pointing that way, Ed is on the other side of the fence and wants to prove to his brother once and for all that his problems are all in his head.
Thinking that he is the cause of this, Martin takes his own life in front of his siblings. Without a phone to call for help, Ed and Lyla are stuck in the house with a decision to make about what to do next. Ed wants to prove that what is in the basement is not a pod like what his brother has been boasting about since they arrived to prove that he is right. But when he gets down into the basement, Ed finds out that is brother was not wrong at all and the scratches he receives from the beast down there cause a powerful burning sensation on his flesh. With their car disabled, Lyla has to make a run for it to try and get some help for her brother. When flagging down a stranger on the road, Lyla finds out first hand of the danger is that her dead brother was talking about.
Wow, this movie really caught me off guard, but in a good way. I did not know what to expect after seeing Martin on the screen having his breakdowns, but he was far from the center of the story. Watching Ed trying to convince his sister that he is right about everything is something that I would expect to see behind closed doors when siblings disagree. I really liked how the movie was shot, there are shadows and light right where it needs to be and when the lights go out in the house, I expected a lot more to happen, but that is what surprised me. You get little tastes of your fear and not the whole apple until the movie is willing to give it to you. Stay Scared.

Opening doors for others is something that we should relish in, not be ashamed to do. I have prided myself on making other people’s lives better if it be at work or by just giving them a chance when others would not. You should not be afraid to be there for anyone that needs help taking their next step in life, cherish the opportunity since there are many out there that don’t want them to move on. But not all doors are meant to be opened, much less stepped through and if you open the wrong door for somebody, a door that they did not want, well, they will hold it against you forever.
Tom and Maggie have moved into their new home that is on the greatest block in Chicago. Their son Jake seems to like the move, especially since he has a new friend to talk to. Although Tom notices his son speaking to someone that is not there, he does not put too much thought into it since kids have invisible friends. But this friend is answering the difficult questions that Jake has and before too long, Tom will have to take notice. While attending a block party, Tom wants to prove his wife’s friend Lisa wrong when the conversation leans toward a debate about the power of hypnosis.
Sitting back and listening to everything that Lisa tells him to do, Tom falls into a deep sleep, but he is forced to wake up when he sees a frightening sight on his front porch. Not knowing what he saw, Tom and Maggie head home and when they start to make love, Tom's mind flashes disturbing images before him that leave him unable to finish. Heading downstairs to clear his head, Tom turns on the television and when he looks to his side, he sees a young girl sitting next to him. Not believing his eyes, he looks away and looks back and the girl is gone. Thinking that he is going crazy, Tom goes about his day thinking little about it, but the visions are coming in stronger and he knows he will have to find out what they mean.
When Maggie has a hard time finding a babysitter for her son, Jake gives her the name of a girl that works in the neighborhood. Not giving this much thought, Maggie is able to get Debbie Kozac to come over for the night and watch him. When opening the door, Tom has a vision that indicates that there is something wrong with this young woman. Almost getting into the concert, Tom has a bad feeling that there is something wrong at home and when he gets there, he sees that Jake has been taken. Finding the Debbie and his son at the train station, Tom sees that his dreams are more like reality and knows that there is something hidden within them. When at the next block party, Tom starts to ask around about Debbie’s missing sister, Samantha since he has seen her photo and knows who she is now. Little does he know that the missing girl has a more powerful effect on his neighbors and he will be putting himself and family in danger when looking for her.
An interesting premise to say the least. When Tom is put under hypnosis, he is told that he needs to remain open to everything and that changes his life forever. The interactions between him and his son are more than bonding as they know something is amiss while Maggie does not believe them. It was remarkable to see how much Maggie did not want to believe what was happening and her running away did more good than she could possibly imagine. Jake however is the star of the show, since he knows what needs to be done and will do anything to help his father figure it out. I really liked the ending of the movie, since it tied everything together with a nice bow. Having a second sight is something that you might not want to take too lightly, since seeing things that nobody else can see can prove to be more valuable than many people give credit to. Stay Scared.

Selfless acts are something that often go unnoticed these days. It sucks to say that, but it is not news unless you are breaking the law when trying to do something worth while. Doing something to help someone in need is a great thing to do and even if you do not want any recognition, you should get it anyway, at least to inspire others. The more people that get helped these days, the less crime you hear about on the streets and for me at least, that is a good thing.
Justine loves her college, but the protestors outside of her window are starting to get on her nerves. But one of the protestors has caught her eye, the tall, dark and handsome Alejandro. Even though the chants that make their way through her window get on her nerves, Justine would like nothing better than to get on Alejandro’s good side. Being approached by Jonah, one of Alejandro’s followers, Justine has been invited to one of the group's meetings to see what it is all about and get some face time with her crush.
Walking in and hearing everything that is going on, Justine makes fun of how the protests have gone around campus. Even though she apologizes, she is sent on her way by Alejandro, but she will do anything to get on the plane with him and help stop the destruction of the rain forest. Being able to convince him that she is all about saving a lost tribe, Justine is allowed to join the protest and the group make their way down to the Amazon. Arriving at their site, the group is able to use their cellphone streaming app as their weapons and are able to get the construction company to back off since their acts are trending on the web.
A job well done, the group is transported back to the plane and removed from the region, but when the engine goes on the fritz, the group crashes in the forest. Checking the wreckage, the survivors try to gather up anything that will keep them alive while on the ground, but there are people hiding behind the trees. With several of the survivors being taken out by unseen arrows, the small group of Justine, Alejandro, Lars, Amy, Daniel and Jonah are loaded into boats and taken down the river to the native’s camp and find out that they might have been luckier if they were killed in the crash. Watching as Jonah has his limbs hacked off and cooked, the group sees that the tribe that they have been trying to protect are cannibals and looking for fresh meat. With nothing but time, the group finds out the secret that Alejandro has been keeping all along about the protest and that their fate will surely be, dinner.
I have been waiting over two years to see this movie and I must admit, it was well worth the wait. Now I did have a couple of problems as the storyline progressed and it appears that several scenes were removed due to the rating, but it was still good overall. I liked watching as Justine started to grow up and lost her love for Alejandro when she finds out that she was only being used due to her father’s job. I really think Lars stole the show however when he is able to put his wacky tobacy to good use when it came to the cooking process. And the transformation of Alejandro was epic as he is all nice when you first meet him, but turns into the same person he has been fighting against when all the cards are on the table. Oh, the blood was flowing and the kills are epic and will not leave your mind for several days. If you have a weak stomach, you might want to pass on this order since yes, you will see people being eaten right in front of you. Stay Scared.

Finding that one best friend in life can be easier for some than for others. You never know who you can trust, but once you are lucky enough to find them, you are attached at the hip for the rest of your days. I have met several people that have been able to form a lifelong bond like this in a matter of days or weeks and that is just amazing to me. It takes me much longer to open up to someone that I even think I can trust, but that is what good friends are meant to do, they wait for the opportunity, even if you are not ready.
Rose has kidnapped her best friend Lissa from the academy to keep her safe from the terrors that have already taken place there. But Rose knows that she is not in the clear yet, especially from the Strigoi vampires that are looking to take out young Lissa, the last of her line. Keeping to the shadows, the two have been doing fine for several months, but the guardians from the academy want Lissa back to assume her position with the other heads of the families that have kept their traditions alive. Not knowing what to expect when returning to her home away from home, Rose is almost not allowed back on the academy grounds, but Lissa is able to convince the headmaster to let her friend come along for the ride.
Not everyone on the campus is happy to see Lissa come back as she is one of the next in line to take over the academy when the current queen steps down, along with a jealous girlfriend that will do anything to get her man to stop looking at his ex. With everyone’s eyes on her, Lissa is uncomfortable with the situation and Rose is privy to see some of her most telling secrets. Knowing that there is something amiss on the campus when their favorite teacher has moved on, Rose is forced back into her guardian training if she is going to be at Lissa’s side going forward. With the greatest Strigoi hunter teaching her how to handle herself in the way of running, Rose wants more and her teacher Dimitri is happy to continue their lessons after hours. Learning how to fight, Rose is now ready to help when the time is needed, but she needs to worry more about her friend's abilities and if she is using them the right way.
After being berated in front of the academy by the queen, Lissa is tired of everything that is being said and done to her. Being able to embrace her powers of persuasion, she is able to become the most loved girl on campus, but this is not the right way. Getting a front row seat to seeing what is going on, Rose knows that her friend is losing it and could be making the wrong decisions with the power she has. Trying to explain this to her friend and all of the crazy messages that have been placed at or around Lissa by a pissed off ex, Rose is starting to understand why everyone wants Lissa out of the way. Needing to get her friend back and keep her safe from harm is what Rose is charged with, but can she be held accountable to it if her friend does not recognize the problems at her own fingertips?
This movie might have been a little bit out of my normal vampire stories that I like to watch or read, but you know what, it was actually pretty good. More of a coming of age story for both Rose and Lissa who have relied on each other to live in the real world and now have to find strength when being back at the academy. I liked the explanation of the different type of vampires that roam the streets at night, the Moroi who are the nice ones that live like normal people and the Strigoi who kill anyone and everyone that get in their way. And some extra powers that you never get to hear about, like controlling the elements, a nice little twist, especially when it comes to becoming one of the popular kids on campus. I would say this movie is harmless and actually good for the younger crowd that wants the sweet intro into the vampire lore and it makes a little fun of Twilight, so that makes it A-OK in my book. Happy Viewing.
